  Hello !
  Thank you to read my profil and pay attention because I will accept only personal request and workaway who can have really affinity with the project and way of living.
  
  The place is located in the forest of Fontainebleau.
  
  
   I look for persons who are familiar with Plum village practice and can help me inside and outside in my house. This is very important because the daily life at home is based here on the mindfulness practice.
  
  
  I am looking for punctual help from dynamic, autonomous and  enthousiast people. Somebody who really want be conscious of him, others and preserve nature. I need to be flexible and resourceful about your work.
  You need to be enough independent to work alone and be in a good mentally condition.
  
  During your stay, it is possible that you are alone with me or sometimes, I ll have visitors.
  
  You ll work 3 hours per day, useally after the lunch, 6 days per week and one lazy day. You ll prepare lunch and dinner in turn. We ll start work from 2PM to 5PM but we can change the schedule a little.
  You ll help me to :
  
  
  - take care of the garden ( It could be crush branches, mowing, grounds maintenance )
  - cleaning the house .
  - cut woods and make it on order for the fire place of the house.
  - plaster the walls outside or inside.
  - cleaning the house .
  - gardening (depends of the season)
  
  I am vegetarian but I eat eggs, butter and a little bit cheese. The food is organic. It is a non smoking house and we don't drink alcohol. We enjoy getting to know each other and appreciate live music. I have a piano at home
  
  We are careful with our electricity bills and heat the house with wood. You need to have warm clothes in winter.
  
  
  During your stay, you will discover the area by bike.
  
  
  From my experience as a host, the best moments were when the volunteer really set out to discover a person, a place of life, their culture, their language and that was their primary interest.
  
  The project of this place is to organise mindfulness retreat and we try to leave like in Plum village. We meditate the morning, eat in silence, walk on mindfulness and respect the noble silence after 10PM.
  
  It is a way to take care of ourself , others and the planet.
  
  I do not practice in austerity but in Joy.

  I lived abroad with my family for several years and I am interested in others. I was a children's teacher and I am renovating the place to make it a place for internships. I practice Hatha yoga and Qi gong and I am a Trame therapist.
  I like kids, animals and cotemplate the beauty of the nature.
  I like music and I am always up for going to listen to it or sing if there are musicians. There is a guitar at home and piano.
  I like speaking French and improving my English or spanish.

  J'ai vécu à l'étranger avec ma famille pendant plusieurs années et je m'interesse aux autres. J'étais institutrice pour enfant et je rénove le lieu pour en faire un lieu de stages. Je pratique le Hatha yoga et Qi gong et je suis thérapeute Trame.
  J'aime être avec les enfants, les animaux et contempler la nature.
  J'aime la musique et je suis toujours partante pour aller en écouter ou chanter si il y a des musiciens. Il y a une guitare à la maison et un piano.
  J'aime parler français et améliorer mon anglais.
