am idyllischen bergigen Standrand der südungarischen Universitätsstadt Pécs.
In ruhiger, natürlicher Umgebung steht mein Zwei-Familienhaus mit wunderschönem Panorama auf einem terassierten Gartengrundstück von 1000 m²
und einem Obstbaumgarten von 2500 m².
Der terassierte Berggarten ist sehr geschickt für den Anbau von eigenem Gemüse angelegt.
Das Haus ist solide. Separate Heizungsanlage, ein Gas- und Mischbrennstoffkessel sowie eine Klimaanlage sind ebenfalls vorhanden,
der Gebäudeboden sowie die Nord- und Südwände sind isoliert. Jedes Zimmer ist separat vom Flur aus zugänglich.
Vom terrassierten Grundstück und aus den Fenstern des Hauses bietet sich ein wunderbares Panorama auf die umliegende Landschaft.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 2 Minuten Fußweg, die Busse der Linie 2 fahren bis nach Mitternacht im 30 Minuten-Takt,
die Busfahrt bis in Stadtzentrum von Pécs benötigt nur 20 Minuten und ohne Umstieg geht es weiter bis zur PTE (Universität).

My two-family house is situated in a quiet, natural environment with a wonderful panorama on a terraced garden plot of 1000 m² and a fruit tree orchard of 2500 m².
The terraced mountain garden is very skilfully laid out for growing your own vegetables.
The house is solid. Separate heating system, a gas and mixed fuel boiler as well as air conditioning are also available, the building floor as well as the north and south walls are insulated. Each room is separately accessible from the hallway.
The terraced property and the windows of the house offer a wonderful panorama of the surrounding countryside.
The nearest bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, buses on line 2 run every 30 minutes until after midnight, the bus ride to the centre of Pécs takes only 20 minutes and you can continue to the PTE (university) without changing buses.
