  on the idyllic mountainous outskirts of the southern Hungarian university town of Pécs.
  
  My two-family house with a beautiful panoramic view is located in a quiet, natural setting on a terraced garden plot of 1000 m²
  and a 2500 m² orchard.
  
  The terraced mountain garden is very cleverly designed for growing your own vegetables.
  
  From the terraced garden and the windows of the house, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the surrounding landscape.
  
  The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away; buses on line 2 run every 30 minutes until after midnight.
  
  The bus ride to Pécs city center takes only 20 minutes, and there is a direct connection to the PTE (university).
  
  Those interested in music, technology, and medicine are welcome.

  Freie Wohnmöglichkeit gegen Hilfe -
  am idyllischen bergigen Standrand der südungarischen Universitätsstadt Pécs.
  
  In ruhiger, natürlicher Umgebung steht mein Zwei-Familienhaus mit wunderschönem Panorama auf einem terassierten Gartengrundstück von 1000 m²
  und einem Obstbaumgarten von 2500 m².
  Der terassierte Berggarten ist sehr geschickt für den Anbau von eigenem Gemüse angelegt.
  
  Vom terrassierten Grundstück und aus den Fenstern des Hauses bietet sich ein wunderbares Panorama auf die umliegende Landschaft.
  
  Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 2 Minuten Fußweg, die Busse der Linie 2 fahren bis nach Mitternacht im 30 Minuten-Takt,
  die Busfahrt bis in Stadtzentrum von Pécs benötigt nur 20 Minuten und ohne Umstieg geht es weiter bis zur PTE (Universität).
  
  Gerne sind musikalische sowie technisch und medizinische Interessierte willkommen.
