FOR UKRAINE WE CAN HOST a single person from Ukraine, or a adult and a kid. Don',t need help we just want to help.

Hi, we are a young family living in the North of Italy, Trentino, close to UNESCO site Dolomiti! We are in 5 people: mum , dad, two boys and a girl. The oldest is Samuele (7 years old), then Federico (4 years old) and Erica (1 year old). My name is Elena and i am an environmental engineer while my partner is an Aerospace engineer. Our village is very close and well connected to the two major city (Trento and Bolzano), it will be very easy for you to catch a train or a bus in order to reach them. We are living close to the Dolomites and also to Verona and other beautiful cities. We have relatives in Milan and close to Turin so you can also visit these cities without paying for an accomodation. We are young people that love to be surrounded by different people with different culture, we are open mind and we love outdoor sports and nature. We have a dog, her name is Briciola. We have a yard and we would appreciate also people who love gardening.

WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for a girl/man who can take care our younger daughter in the morning when I work (I work at home) or sometime in the afternoon with the three kids, play with them and talk in ENGLISH.
It is appreciate if you like cooking or baking cakes, and helps with some house cleaning.

We would like to meet people who want to become part of the family and who want to spend time with us!

We will schedule week by week so you can also plan to do something else in your spare time.

ACCOMODATION:
You will have your private room with wifi.

COVID: we are vaccinated (kids are not in this moment) and we ask people fully vaccinated or that want to make vaccine in Italy. We can help with that.

We will support you in anything you would like to do, We can search any type of courses: sport, culture, italian classes and so on. We can also search other family to host you, if you would like to travel during your spare time. Our village is well connected by train to Trento and Bolzano, but also with Innsbruck and Verona. In Milan live my parents, so they can help us if you want to go somewhere with train or plane.

I feel honored to write the first reference for this lovely family - my best workaway experience and as I call them "my Italian family" :) I very highly recommend them to my fellow workawayers and I must say that I feel very lucky we've met and I hope we'd keep our friendship :)
I liked Elena right away, from her first messages and our skype… read more call...and even though this Italian village was not at all on my map or plans while travelling, I've easily and quickly felt I have to go there and meet this family. Well my goal was/is to find kind lovely people, to build real and quality friendships and to discover Italian culture. Elena was straight forward from the beginning, precise and gave me the impression that she is someone i can trust and someone that is serious and respectful. Also even before we met I felt we have the same values and priorities in life, something quite important to me..
Great feeling was that when I arrived a few months later, I was so warmly welcomed and felt at the right place with the right people. So not only all my expectations were met but even bettter - I had a very happy experience and four new valuable friends :) Elena and Michele are really simply great, as parents and as friends...and as hosts, and as flat-mates. For the 3 months I've stayed in their family there was this everyday joy and love that comes from simple things in life. Also they are honest and trustworthy...well people with good hearts :) They provided good conditions at home - I had everything I needed, also they were very open and attentive, proposed activities, took me on vacation with them, I met their families and friends... Of course i also ate great and healthy Italian food, learnt about Italian culture and lifestyle ;) Oh and they also have such a lovely and friendly dog Bri, which was another friend..
But the best part of this workaway experience was a little (2 and a half years old) guy called Samuele :))) Simply amazing kid! Three months have passed so quickly and honestly I wish I had more time with him....he is simply wonderful and adorable :) I will miss him so much.....but I am also grateful for all the joy and happy moments with him :) We usually spent the afternoons together as a part of my workaway babysitting job, but I also spent more time with him and Elena like meals, walks, plays etc. Samu is very active and curious, happy smiling funny and cute kid! Now he started to talk a lot - in Italian and in English. He understands many words and phrases in English now, I was amazed how quickly he learns new things. He loves books, music, dancing, playing in the park, cooking, baking, lego, riding his bike, watching the trains, tractors and motorbikes and well... eating gelato, biscuits and torta! :)
