OCEAN PARADISE
As of now please only respond if you are a builder/CARPENTER!!!!
You will have the bottom half of the house. The other half goes to rental guests. There are NO connecting walls, so lots of privacy, everyone has their own decks and the ocean can be LOUD! You can all scream as loud as you want. My guests are allowed to bring pets. They want privacy.
I need 1-2 people with cleaning and hospitality experience. You must love to clean! Carpentry is a BIG plus!
I am currently in Tanzania, so I'm 6 hours ahead of you.
Perfect for digital nomads, great Movistar and Entel signal which is great for zoom calls, but not for HOSTING zoom parties. You'll be providing your own phone as hotspot.
Must enjoy RUSTIC and RURAL and your own company! 2-3 hours from Santiago.
Three food stores a 15 minute walk away.
I'm an author/photographer of six books and 100's of magazine articles. I'm working on my first film set in Africa. I traveled in a van with two dogs for 7 years, have been to over 60 countries. With other workawayers, a bull-dozed piece of land has been turned into Paradise! Recycled water used all over the garden.

Good for introverts and people who have personal projects. Remote and rustic! There is no tv, no stereo, no microwave.
