  Hi! We’re Sander and Daria, passionate hosts dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for travelers in Norway. We run a variety of tourism businesses in Flåm, including food trucks, a guesthouse, an outdoor guide company, and now developing a small "farm" into a place for people to come taste local food and enjoy the beautiful view while having a cosy tea in the garden.
  
  This summer, we are expanding our team and looking for talented individuals to help us provide top-tier hospitality and unique experiences to our guests. If you have a background in tourism, hospitality, or event management, we have an exciting leadership role for you!
  
  1. Job Opportunity: Manager for Our Tourist Farm Experience
  
  Location: Flåm, NorwaySeason: May to October
  
  Are you an experienced hospitality professional who loves working with people and curating meaningful experiences? Our farm is evolving into a must-visit attraction, offering visitors an authentic taste of local culture, food, and nature. We need a Farm Tourist Experience Manager to oversee daily operations and create an engaging atmosphere for guests.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  ✅ Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience
  ✅ Develop and manage guest activities, including guided farm visits, local food tastings, and cultural storytelling
  ✅ Train and supervise staff to maintain high hospitality standards
  ✅ Plan and execute small-scale events such as farm dinners, music nights, and educational programs
  ✅ Collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance visitor engagement and bookings
  ✅ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth logistics across all farm-related activities

  Who We’re Looking For:
  
  🔹 Strong background in tourism, hospitality, or event management
  🔹 Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving skills
  🔹 Passion for eco-tourism, local culture, and creating meaningful experiences
  🔹 Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

  2. Job Opportunity: Food Truck Staff
  
  Location: Flåm, NorwaySeason: May to October / June to September
  
  We are looking for passionate individuals to work in our food trucks serving food to hungry tourists.
  Whether you have experience working in a food business or just enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
  Food Truck Staff Responsibilities:
  
  ✅ Prepare and serve food, including burgers, ice cream, coffee, and juice
  ✅ Provide excellent customer service
  ✅ Maintain cleanliness and food and safety standard.
  
  What We Offer:
  
  💰 25,000–45,000 NOK per month, depending on role and hours
  - guaranteed minimum 25 hours a week the whole season,

  You will get the chance to experience Norwegian nature, both on the water and in the mountains.
  You can join our guides and learn how guiding works, learn about hospitality and how to operate a hostel or food business.
  We can teach you how to kayak and you can use our kayaks as much as you want. We have some stand up paddle boards too.
  There is a very social atmosphere with staff from all over the world, come together to work in Flåm.

  We have one staff house and more staff accommodation in a brand new mini house trailer.
  Depending on the time of year, it’s a single room or shared with a maximum of two other people.

  There is great public transport in Flåm. Access to Bergen, Oslo and other surrounding areas of Norway.
  It's a tiny town, but it's filled with international people and activities in the summer.
  We have kayaks, sups, e scooters, and camping gear that our workawayers can use.
  There are several restaurants food trucks and bars in town
  We are surrounded by nature with endless possibilities for hikes and outdoor activities.
