  We’re looking for a social, positive, and service-minded person to join our team at The Fjord Farm this summer – helping with guest experiences, food tastings, and general hosting on our farm and food truck.

  👋 The Job
  
  You’ll be helping with:
  • Welcoming guests to the farm
  • Serving food and drinks from our food truck
  • Guiding visitors through our food tasting experience
  • Introducing guests to our animals (mini pigs, goats, chickens)
  • Keeping the serving area clean, organized, and inviting
  
  We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
  • Organized and able to handle busy days
  • Responsible and able to work independently when needed

  🏡 Where You’ll Stay
  
  We can assist with housing – you’ll live in shared accommodation with people from other small businesses nearby.
  It’s a fun and social environment, perfect if you enjoy meeting new people and hanging out after work.
  
  📍 Location: Flåm, Norway – surrounded by mountains, fjords, and a great summer atmosphere.

  💰 Details
  • Pay: 35–40,000 NOK/month before tax
  • Duration: Now until September
  (Possibility to extend for the right person)
  • Must be EU citizen or have a valid work permit in Norway

  You will get the chance to experience Norwegian nature, both on the water and in the mountains.
  You can join our guides and learn how guiding works, learn about hospitality and how to operate a hostel or food business.
  We can teach you how to kayak and you can use our kayaks as much as you want. We have some stand up paddle boards too.
  There is a very social atmosphere with staff from all over the world, come together to work in Flåm.

  We are looking for someone who is handy and can help us renovate some buildings with us, previous experience needed. we got Plenty of tools etc :)

  We have one staff house and more staff accommodation in a brand new mini house trailer.
  Depending on the time of year, it’s a single room or shared with a maximum of two other people.

  There is great public transport in Flåm. Access to Bergen, Oslo and other surrounding areas of Norway.
  It's a tiny town, but it's filled with international people and activities in the summer.
  We have kayaks, sups, e scooters, and camping gear that our workawayers can use.
  There are several restaurants food trucks and bars in town
  We are surrounded by nature with endless possibilities for hikes and outdoor activities.
