  My house is a 15th century house located in a small village, Pinheiro da Bemposta, at 40 kilometers south of Porto, in Portugal. It has been renovated recently. I love the rural atmosphere of it. It has a land of 5 hectares, made of meadows and old trees. There are several orange and lemon trees on the property. The land is touching a vast hilly forest called the Serra da Cabreia. Situated at 30 kilometers from Aveiro, a city on the banks of the Atlantic Ocean, we have a view from the garden to the Aveiro Lagoon and the Atlantic. It is a nice combination of seaside and forests.

  I am a former United Nations official, whose has worked for 29 years in more than 15 countries around the globe.
  The village is not far from Porto (45 Km), which shows beautiful historic and cultural interest. The Douro Valley is magnificent. It is not far from Coimbra either (76 Km), which is a very interesting medieval city, with its famous university and a World Heritage Site.
  It is at 30 Km from the beaches of Aveiro, on the Atlantic Ocean.

  I am looking for Workawayers to help in my garden. In the forest and the garden, we can trim trees and maintain the paths. I am planting wild seeds and other plants in the garden, where workers can learn about plants and how to maintain a garden. There are also some basic activities inside the house if the weather is not good enough to stay outside.

  The house has one bedroom for you, with private bathroom and a small living room; with a separate entrance.

  The view to the Ocean is very nice at sunset.

  The village is slightly isolated, but shops are available at less than one kilometer. At 7 kilometers, there is a bigger town called Oliveria de Azemeis.
