Tomke was an excellent workawayer. She was considerate of the needs of the people around her and was good company to have around during her stay here. She brought her own talented design skills to the jobs we were working on which was much appreciated. I Would host her again for sure! All the best on your future travels in New Zealand :-)

Sebastia was excellent company and was very helpful working on my tiny house, he is considerate and was willing to learn anything. Hope we cross paths again :-)

We had a really nice time with Conal, he is super lovely and interesting guy, we had many conversation about diferent things and we share some ideas about his proyect. We really felt comfortable with him and his hospitality.

Ricard and Cami were amazing helpers. They got stuck into improving my Spanish, making delicious food and sharing some stories. Their work attitude was good mixture of being laid back yet very attentive to jobs.. Really enjoyed having them to stay for a week. :-)

Philip and Jessica are friendly and easy going. They are efficient workers and have a lot to offer. They don't just do whats asked but also take the initiative and find things which need doing.
They were up for adventure and getting to know the area, I enjoyed taking them on an overnight hiking trip and showing them around..

Conal is a great host. We were his first workawayers but he has been a workawayer himself already plenty of times. That made our stay even better. We enjoyed helping Conal to restore his timber house with painting windows and frames, supporting rain gutters, preparing firewood etc. We helped in cleaning the house, setting the fire, sometimes
… read more cooking. We enjoyed many times his delicious currys, especially because Conal is a big fan of organic and healthy food. Luckily Jessica found lots of gluten-free food, since Conal is gluten-free as well.
A really big thank you again for the great 2 day hike into the mountains nearby. Was lots of fun and a big adventure, especially the offroad parts ;-)
