Located in the middle of a Mediterranean valley surrounded by hills, overlooking the Azahar golden coastline, between the ancient villages of Peniscola and Benicassim city, you find us. The project´s aims are many; from the conservation and reforestation of the original Mediterranean vegetation, to promote environmental education through alternative ways of living focused on permaculture principles, sustainable projects, arts and multi-cultural workshops.
My name´s Fran, and I´m an adventurer, photographer, writer and musician, well, that kind of crazy bohemian and sentimental guy, I guess. Hahaha. After I´ve been travelling and working for more than ten years in the four corners of this too-big world, years back I I put my hands on this beautiful piece of land with an old Stone FarmHouse, 10 hectares of olive groves, pine trees, low shrubs and many other species coming into view on different terraces levels, inhabited by hares and wild boars. There are loads of spots on site where you can re-connect to nature, watch the stars glowing in the inky countryside´s long sky, encircled by the magical sparkle of a few candles, and silence.

We impact the environment positively through conscientious deployment of the following measures: renewable energy from solar, rainwater harvesting for cooking and washing, managing water consumption through grey water irrigation systems, natural cultivation and cleaning methods that are completely chemical-free, eco constructions using as much natural materials as we can respecting the existing terrain, comprehensive environmental protection and reforestation.

I´m mainly looking for people who are not afraid of working hard or sweating. Doesn´t matter the experience they have -humble people could learn anything if they really want to. Manuality comes while moving and making your hands dirty, not typing on a phone screen 24h. if you feel that you don t fit with what is written above just let it drop, The next tasks scheduled are:
- Construction of a Fountain , bio construction
- Gardening
- Taking care of Guests Areas / Rooms
- Animals feed
- Daily Cleaning & Maintenance
- Cooking
Ideally you should be able to stay for at least 10 days. as this is a large project needing time, patience and energy. You will be asked to help for 5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day.
Volunteers will be in charge of preparing the meals. The food is basic, focused mostly on a vegetarian menu, and a little bit of meat once in a while. But, we´re very flexible!
Once the daily tasks are done, you can feel pretty free to do whatever) you want. Creating arts, growing plants, playing with Chiara (four-legged friend), and the cats (Ares & Apollo) doing meditation, take long strolls through the wild!
FARM RULES: Except of special occasion, volunteers access is not allowed in the main house or in its front garden after 10pm. Noise reduction. They can enjoy the night around the dining huts speaking quietly or in the property s terraces.

*this is not an Hostel. There ´s nobody who has to entertain anybody. You should be able to entertain yourself alone sometimes.

Camping Tents or Sharing bedroom (depending availability). We have a fireplace, a kitchen gas, a barbecue and a big wood oven outside.
In case you´re travelling aimlessly by van or car, it´d be really helpful to discovery the region at ease.
The farm is a strategical point for those who want to be surrounded by nature but close to the beach. It is just 15 minutes away, driving along the motorway, from the Azahar coastline! Additionally, the area surrounding is also filled of stunning Middle-Ages villages like Alcala de Xivert, Villafames, and Peniscola; all places where you can dip into the ancient Spanish culture and spectacular pagan and religious festivities. On the other hand you also have the gleaming cities of Benicassim and Castellon de la Plana, well-known for their summer festivals, or National Parks as “Desert de las Palmas” and “Serra D´Irta”.
From Valencia Airport, is 1h 15 minutes to Castellon City by train
