Help me create a self-sufficient community in Noto, Italy

  Hello, I am Bram.
  I am a world traveler but also created a base in the Cavagrande National Park in Noto area on the island of Sicily, Italy.
  We have a large 43 hectares canyon property there which is under development needing a lot of love and attention to grow into an even more beautiful place.
  
  There is land for grazing with cows from a neighbour, carob trees and olive trees, a beautiful green forest area, a gorgeous river with clear waters 40 meters down in the canyon. There is rocks from which you can jump into water pools, there are trails through the forest, incredible views from the top of the canyon, caves and more. The old farm house needs to be renovated and I have been working on approvals to build, which is a separate project, not to do at this time.
  
  The vision includes to create community of internal and external participants in a non-profit, self sustainable environment with permaculture, arts and cultural events, meditation and yoga for each one’s inner growth and self realization. We have recently been hosting a music and arts festival without any commercial scope. There is a large space for vegetable gardens that needs attention. There is 2 puppy dogs that have arrived a few months ago.
  There is a couple of friends staying at the house, currently 3, and a couple of English speaking guys that come and help building the tiny houses on a regular basis.
  I speak fluently Italian, English and Dutch and preference is people that are able to communicate in English, the main language here.
  We are working on constructing ecological structures, it’s experimental and prototyping of environmentally healthy structures to match the environment. The structures will be used for various purposes, to sleep, to observe nature, to learn about oneself, with the scope of providing spaces for people to connect with themselves more deeply in connection with nature.
  
  We are an approximate 30 minute ride from the heart of Siracusa and we can arrange help with transport. It’s full countryside here and we regularly drive to town to have a drink, food and do grocery shopping. The place is basic right now, we have a few tents, someone is staying in a camper van, and a few people in the main building.
  
  Since we are in early stage of development we mainly need capable people working with wood , plumbing and general construction knowledge.
  
  Would be great to meet happy and interesting souls to connect with and build something together.

  Going for walks and a swim, watching sun sets at various places on the land, having at least 1 meal a day together, listen to music share the common spaces.
  We have plenty of building knowledge and would like to meet others with skills and knowledge as an exchange.
  Love to connect to people and spend time together.

  Acomodação

  Bed in common and shared spaces or in a tent. Place is secure and we have a nice little shower house with a good warm shower and compost toilet.
  We provide free basic food requirements for all, additional snacks and alcohol as at your own expense and should be used moderately. We all need to participate in food preparations, or we go by turns, without it being a rigid regime. We expect people to take responsibility to keep the place clean after shower and after dinner. There is a washing machine and everything runs on solar so we require mindful about electricity use, but it’s a powerful system with plenty of back up batteries so not much to worry about.

  Very good and fast internet connection in the common space is available

  Yes welcome and there is also great places to camp with your own tent, either down at the river or in the forest.
