Please only apply if you think you like the tasks....
We can host only one person and we would prefer a boy given the physical aspect of the work.
The work at this very moment :
We could really use help moving stuff, carrying boxes down from the attick, into our van, and moving them to another place nearby, also clearing out 2 cellars
Also we need help in the garden, cutting and clearing out big branches.
What else ?
It would be great if you speak English, if you speak German or Dutch that would be good too.
We respect you being a vegetarian, but please do not apply if you are ....unfortunately it is too inconvenient
We ask you to help us in a flexible way for 5 hours,5 days a week, maximum of 25 hours per week with 2 days off.
we will provide a lovely stay for you, breakfast, lunch and diner !
About us :
We are a Dutch couple living in the natural park ' Morvan ' in Burgundy France.
16 years ago we started our projects here. We renovated a smaller and bigger house and our now living there with our 2 huskies Joenah and Rayva and our 3 cats ...Romero, Norman and Norma
Our 'domain' is surrounded by nature, and we look out over a small lake. We have a beautiful small river running through our 1.1 ha garden.

We live isolated and there is hardly any public transport, if you are looking to improve on your French language that will be harder to do here because of that, but it is posible. We speak Dutch, English, German and some French, so there will be lot's to learn from each other on that part.
At our doorstep you will be able to start the most beautiful tours , you can explore the beauty of this region on long walks or bike rides (we have a bike available for you )
We live on the foot on of the highest peak of the Morvan of Burgundy, the Mont Beauvray, the archeological Centre of Bibracte !
We will provide you with information and tips about the region and if it fits the plans we love to go somewhere with you as well.
On the work part there is lot's to be learned because we are an all-round couple who are used to do everything themselves. Monique is an excellent cook and host with amazing social skills and a very big heart for people and animals. Elias is a real handyman who has experience in all the trades of building and renovation .....woodwork, masonry, electrics, plumbing ....come and benefit :)

So,You enjoy being surrounded by nature. If you are looking to party, this is not the place. . Teaming up with us you can bring you all sorts of experiences, social .... nature, learning about gardening and renovation / maintenance skills
You will have the opportunity to spend time in nature, hiking ..., go biking.
