  Our association and the initiative of so called world-changers would like to build a spiritual, sustainable conference center out of a beautiful old castle (former boarding school of the Salem School). we want to create space for families, groups, young people and world changers. Our goal is to turn individual project promoters into a strong network. There are currently around 20 people of all kind working together who have set out for something useful in this eventful time. The result is a living community in which we can all grow and learn together.
  As a non-profit organization, we can currently provide food and lodging. The diverse overall experience is worth participating in this project.
  
  
  Unser Verein und die Initiative möchte aus einem schönen alten Schloss ( ehemahliges Internat der Salemschule) einen spirituelles, nachhaltiges Tagungszentrum aufbauen. Hier soll Raum für Familien, Gruppen, junge Leute, und Weltveränderer entstehen. So wird aus einzelnen Projektträgern ein starkes Netzwerk. Zur Zeit arbeiten hier ca. 20 bunte Menschen zusammen, die sich in dieser bewegten Zeit nach etwas Sinnvollem aufgemacht haben. Entstanden ist ein lebendiges Gemeinschafts leben-und arbeiten in dem wir Alle wachsen und lernen dürfen.
  Als Gemeinnütziger Verein bieten wir im Moment Kost und Logis. Die vielseitige Gesamterfahrung ist es wert, an diesem Projekt mitzuwirken.

  The castle residents are in themselves a very diverse environment, and there are also regular meetings as part of the World Walk Initiative. We exchange ideas on topics such as Personality training, community building, spiritual growth, sustainability and the question "How can we really change the world?" out. We are always happy about people who are interested in our topics or already have experience who would like to contribute.
  
  
  Die Schlossbewohner sind schon an sich ein sehr vielfältiges Umfeld, darüber hinaus finden regelmäßige Treffen im -Initiative statt. Dabei tauschen wir uns über Themen wie z.B. Persölichkeitsschulung, Gemeinschafsbildung, Spirituelles Wachstum, Nachhaltigkeit und der Frage "Wie können wir die Welt wirklich wandeln?" aus. Wir freuen uns auch immer über Menschen die an unseren Themen interessiert sind oder schon Erfahrung haben die sie einbringen möchten.

  At the moment we are in the prozess of renovating a group house. There is a wide range of tasks to be done, such as laying parquet, painting walls, restoring windows, various woodwork, bathrooms flowing, etc. There are also professional craftsmen who do the main work, the less complex tasks we do as a team. Handicraft enthusiasts will be happy, there is a lot to learn. There are also many other tasks around the construction site. In order to cater to the group, you always need a motivated kitchen team who enjoy cooking for many people. Since we are still in the construction phase, there is plenty of room for projects and ideas.
  Likewise, the online community is growing, which is served via our social media channels and for which contributions such as videos are created. Here we also need helping hands to support us in various social media and marketing projects. (E.g. editing videos, building/maintaining online community, creating posts, SEO, etc.).
  
  
  Im Moment sind wir dabei ein Gruppenhaus zu renovieren. Dabei fallen vielfältige Arbeiten an wie zum Beispiel: Parkett verlegen, Wände streichen, Fenster restaurieren, diverse Holzarbeiten, Bäder fließen usw. Es arbeiten auch professionelle Handwerker, die etwas weniger komplexen Aufgaben machen wir als Team. Handwerklich Begeisterte kommen auf ihre Kosten und es gibt viel Neues zu lernen. Rund um die Baustelle gibt es aber auch viele andere Arbeiten. Um die Gruppe zu verpflegen braucht es immer auch ein motiviertes Küchenteam, das Freude daran hat für viele zu kochen. Da wir noch in der Aufbauphase sind ist viel Raum für Projekte und Ideen.
  Ebenso wächst die Online-Community, die über unsere Social Media Kanäle betreut wird und für die Beiträge wie z.B. Videos erstellt werden. Hier benötigen wir auch helfende Hände, die uns bei verschiedenen Social-Media und Marketing-Projekten unterstützen. (z.B. Videos schneiden, Online Community aufbauen/betreuen, Beiträge erstellen, SEO usw.).

  Acomodação

  There are many rooms (single to multi-bed rooms) in this beautiful large area. But depending on the construction site, the situation can change. Specifically, this means that if we are building somewhere else, you may have to move or share a room for some time. A camping site is currently also available where you can always sent up a tent. We share the bathrooms and kitchen and organize food logistic and cleaning within the group, we usually have meals together (we cook almost exclusively vegetarian).
  
  
  Zimmer ( Einzel- bis Mehrbettzimmer) gibt es In diesem schönen großen Areal viele, je nach Baustelle kann sich die Situation auch mal ändern. Das heist konkret, wenn an einer anderen Stelle gebaut wird muss umgezogen oder zusammengerückt werden. Aktuell steht auch ein Zeltplatz zur Verfügung. Bäder und Küche teilen wir uns geschwisterlich, die Mahlzeiten organisieren wir meistens gemeinsam (wir kochen fast nur vegetarisch).

  Lake Constance is about 15 minutes away by car. There is a natural swimming pool within walking distance. Unfortunately, we are not very connected to public transport, but we can pick you up and offer a shuttle service for excursions. There is a lot to discover for nature lovers, we are surrounded by forests and meadows. We are happy if you are a team player and like to learn new things. If you get enthusiastic about an exciting future project, you will certainly feel comfortable with us.
  
  
  
  Der Bodensee liegt ca. 15 min (Auto) entfernt. Es gibt ein Naturbad in Fußnähe. Leider sind wir hinsichtlich öffendlicher Verkehrsmittel wenig angebunden, aber wir können euch abholen und auch mal einen Shuttledienst für gemeinsame Ausflüge anbieten. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es viel zu entdecken, wir sind umgeben von Wäldern und Wiesen. Wir freuen uns wenn du teamfähig bist und gerne neue Dinge lernst. Wenn du dich für ein spannendes Zukunftsprojekt begeistern kannst, wirst du dich bei uns sicher wohl fühlen.

  we have a ethernet conection in a shared office and a wifi conection in some comunal rooms. As there are some students who have to do their courses online there is always a possibility to go online. Es gibt sowohl Netzwerkkabel in einem Gemeinschaftsbüro als auch wlan in einigen Räumen. Die Studenten unter uns haben auch immer wieder Kurse online. Das funktioniert gut.

  We have a wide camping area nearby the castle, with a wooden shelter, compost toilets and a pizza oven. Unser Campingplatz hat bis jetzt eine schöne Feuerstelle, ein Holzhaus, Komposttoiletten und einen super Pizzasteinofen.
