  Dear traveller ! My name is Catarina and I am freelancer / entrepreneur also mum of a beautiful and kind boy of 2,5 years - Lorenzo.
  I am a yoga instructor, dietitian and teacher.
  I work a lot and my son's happiness and wellness are my priorities.
  We are a little family of two, Lorenzo (my son) and I. We enjoy surfing, hiking, doing yoga, BBQ's with friends, and enjoy good and healthy food.
  We look forward to meet you, share great stories and delicious cappucinos :)

  Our family is multicultural and we leave in the center of a very traditional town from São Miguel Island. Which is also the capital of surfing from Azores. So travelers would be in close contact with the people from the island, traditional food as well as having the opportunity to choose from the main activities here: surfing, diving, hiking.

  Ajuda

  We need an extra pair of hands for helping out around house, the garden or with my son.
  He is at creche 5 days a week, from 9:30am to 4pm
  So basically, accordingly with my schedule there is required between three to five hours (maximum) or in the morning or in the afternoon or at night (rarely).
  If you would help around the house, I am doing some works in the garden and inside the house, painting, rearranging... and either your help either your DIY skills are very much welcomed :)
  If you would take care of my Lorenzito, its needed to feed him and .....play and have fun with him :) And I guarantee you, you will instantly fall in love with him! Sometimes reading story and putting him to bed. But normally either me either the father will be in charge of Lorenzo.
  Regarding your personal space and the common spaces of the house, our principle is to take care of it as if it were yours and leave it at least the same as it was or even better.

  I want and need to improve my german which is now a beginner level, so in case you would prefer a language exchange, you're also very much welcome!

  Acomodação

  We have arranged a small room for you in the house and all the blankets/towels are prepared. Bathroom and Kitchen are shared with us. We offer food for ONE meal. Either breakfast OR lunch OR dinner depending on the week schedule previously organized.
  The most important thing for us is to have someone that can keep their own space clean and safe.
  It's an old and traditional house so it takes a little bit more to keep it organized ;)
  You have a bike and a surfboard at your disposal <3

  During the time off you can surf, hike, go to thermal waters and basically discover our beautiful island.
  There are public transports and occasionally you can use my car at your responsibility.
