  Tell me 3 things or more you can contribute when you apply. ? Please only apply if you have been a gardener for at least 3 years. You are a clean fastidious, punctual person. A giver not a taker or expecting a handout from your host!
  I am in my 60’s and has travelled one third of the world and counting.. I am OCD and a strict person . I have no gumption to ask you to leave immediately if you smoke , use drugs or not lock doors properly or keep place clean and tidy. I practised composting using food waste and dried leaves . Living with me means you separate non composting items from the composting items.

  Ajuda

  Let me give you some information on cost of accommodation in Malaysia.
  I run an airbnb the room cost Rm100 - I can get someone to help me for Rm20 an hour - if you do 3 hours effectively it is Rm60, which means Rm40 is my gift to you. Use this Rm40 to get your own food -
  
  I require you to send me a copy of your passport and flight details for registration as I run an airbnb.
  
  I prefer an introvert traveller who is very neat, tidy and clean. Someone who is not into partying or drinking. Please do not send me a request if you are a smoker or drinker.
  
  You must be a responsible person who will lock up properly, keep private living space spick and span and leave it cleaner than when you arrive. You will need to arrive before 11am as you need time to clean your bedroom and your living area.
  
  I have an internal and outside garden
  Both need weeding and picking up brown or dried leaves or trimming away brown leaves.
  
  I embrace the Laudata Si principles wholeheartedly so I recycle, repurpose - I collect woods to make trellis - having woodwork skills would be extremely useful
  This means do not waste water and switching off lights and pulling out plugs when not using.
  I also collect rain water for my fruits and veg thus I bail water from pond to water plants .
  
  If you are willing to help around the house in odd job be it cleaning, woodwork or some DIY and show initiative to clean when you see dirt ( I live in front of a main road so dust is never ending ) you will certainly be welcome to my home.
  Examples : -Collecting water from dish washing to Flush tiolet
  Collecting rice water and cleaning vegetables water to water plants

  You will have your own ensuite room with kitchenette and hall
  Do note I only have single beds - if you are a couple who dont mind squeezing!!
  Pillows are meant for head and shoes are on outside shoe rack.
  Please put your shoes on rack to avoid dogs damage
  Be mindful of use of water and electricity. Remember to Remove hair from bathroom drain on your last day, mop your room, bathroom , kitchen and all utensils clean and dried and placed back in its original place.
  Due to current bed bugs issue your bags or suitcase or backpacks be left in the hall on the floor and not inside the room.
  
  I tend to eat raw veg from my garden and mostly eat veg.
  Do note that this diet suits you before applying.

  If you are hardworking with lots of initiative and not calculate the hours but the quality and quantity of work that you do ; I may cook for you or take you out for food or even take you to sightsee Johor Bahru . It all depends on our chemistry.
  
  if our chemistry is not right , it is in both interests to shortened the stay.
  
  I have 5 rescued dogs and 4 rescued cats. Please check if you are animal allergic before applying.
  
  I will also request for your identification papers before you arrive.
  
  My townhouse is a 15 mins walk to a park and a 2 minute walk too local eateries.
  
  I run a bed and breakfast at my place but when empty I take in workaways who comes with a sincere heart and mind .
