Ilse came to look after my house and four dogs. She was a lovely positive energy and took instructions well and quickly as I had to leave the next day. She kept in regular communication and done a great job leaving the house immaculate and the dogs happy and well cared for. I welcome her back anytime xxx

I took care of Jane’s house and her dogs for 10 days while she was away for work. I had only met her once before she left, but I really enjoyed getting to know her. She is an inspiring, loving woman with many adventurous stories. She explained everything clearly, the house was clean and comfortable, and communication before, during, and after was
… read more very clear. She even introduced me to a friend I could contact if anything came up, left some homemade food in the freezer (which was delicious), and we got groceries together right after she picked me up. Long story short: everything was very well arranged!
This Workaway experience was exactly what I needed. The dogs were the sweetest, cutest companions. If you enjoy spending time with animals in a peaceful village and nature-filled area, this is the perfect place! I loved exploring the village and seeing the people there, and the surrounding area is beautiful for hiking.
Huge thanks to Jane for having us and sharing her home and her wonderful doggies. We loved taking care of them and it was very sad to leave. Charlie, Pixie and Ruby are the sweetest dogs and we were especially lucky to have little puppy Lexi to look after too.
We stayed for two weeks, whilst Jane had a much needed holiday at the coast. We had
… read more regular contact with her and were very comfortable at her place. Jane also has a few local friends and so we felt completely safe, if anything were to go wrong, that we had help if we needed it. We were also lucky enough to arrive on the same day as Chirpan's annual Rock Festival, and so we had a great night out with Jane and her friends.
If you enjoy quiet, village life and love little dogs to play with, Izvorovo is the place for you.
Jane was so easy to get on with and we had great conversations. We can't wait to visit again in the future, to see the progress with her amazing property, and of course to see all the fur babies again!

We had a lovely week caring for three of Jane's puppies!! She picked us up at the train station and we had a nice evening together, Jane had cooked for us and she also showed us the bar in the next village! The next day she took us grocery shopping before she left for the coast. When we arrived we didn't know that we were going to care for
… read more puppies, although it said in the profile that sometimes there would be puppies. But it wasn't a problem since Jane showed us everything we needed to know, and she was always easy to get in touch with in case we had any questions!
After a week in Jane's beautiful house we took the train with the puppies to the coast, where Jane let us stay with her in her flat for three nights, which was very kind of her! We had an awesome time, enjoying the sea and having Jane showing us around the area :)

Naima and Elvira came and helped me when I had puppies to home. I left them with 3 puppies at the house for a week whilst I travelled to the coast to deliver the other 3. They later travelled down with the puppies and joined me. We had a lovely time for a few days enjoying the sites and they were a great help with the dogs. When I returned home

Sophie and Evie came to dog sit and had the bonus of 6 young puppies to look after. They done an amazing job.so kind and caring to all the dogs. The house was clean and tidy on my return and the dogs all looked well and happy. Thank you girls

I spent a lovely near 3 weeks at Jane's. Jane is absolutely lovely to talk to, down to earth, and fun to hang out with. Her village is in a beautiful location and she has THE SWEETEST DOGS. I recommend this stay if you like village life and stunning nature. Thank you Jane!

Linda was a great workaway to host. She took great care of my dogs whilst I went to work in the UK. I returned to a tidy house and happy dogs. She was reliable responsible and trustworthy, what more can you ask for.

William came to stay for a week and made himself very useful. He helped with gardening and plumbing and I was very happy with all the help he gave. He was relaxed and polite and I can recommend him as a good enthusiastic worker. Happy travels will. Always welcome back if heading this way.
