  My name is Luis, co-owner and founder of a family-run hostel located in the city of David, is a family bussiness, 2 panamanian workers help me.
  
  Our hostel is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by nature and a peaceful atmosphere. We opened our doors 15 years ago and offer 12 comfortable and affordable rooms.
  
  I’m lucky to have two team members who help keep everything organized, from cleaning to front desk reception. My mother also lives in the family home, which is part of the property. And I can’t forget to mention my four-legged family—my three dogs—who are an important part of my life and bring a special charm to the hostel.
  
  I love sharing my culture with guests. I lived for many years in Canada, so I speak French, English, and Spanish. We offer free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped shared kitchen where guests can cook their own meals, cozy common areas to relax and enjoy nature, and access to a swimming pool and jacuzzi to unwind.
  
  Whether you’re here to explore or just to relax, we’ll make sure you feel at home.

  You’ll stay in a private room in the hostal, with:
  
  A double bed
  
  Private bathroom and shower
  
  Air conditioning

  Use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi (at set times)
  
  We provide three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
  
  Please note that we do not offer special diets. We eat a variety of foods including meats, rice, potatoes, pasta, typical Panamanian dishes, salads, and fried foods made from corn and flour.

  To ensure a respectful and peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow a few house rules:
  
  No smoking inside the house or rooms
  
  Keep noise levels low in your room, especially at night
  
  Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, but you’re welcome to receive them in the common areas of the hostel
