Hello, my name is Tom. I'm born and raised in Northern Ireland. I am currently pursuing a degree in Music and Audio Production. I love all things music related and play a handful of instruments (eg. guitar, piano, bouzouki). I have an interest in exploring new places. In August 2023, I went on a 3 week solo road trip across Scotland, which involved camping, hiking and staying at hostels. I discovered then, that I want travelling to play a bigger part in my life. I would describe myself as friendly and always welcome to meet others. In 2024 I travelled to eastern europe staying in workaways in Bulgaria & eventually Italy. I spent 45 days either solo travelling or with friends and gained a lot from the trip. I am also eager to learn "Italian" and would love to do another workaway in Italy. I am always on the horizon for a travel buddy so don't be afraid to send me a message :)

I am interested in Languages and currently I am beginning to learn Italian. In addition, I have been taking Irish Language classes as I feel slightly disconnected from my home country. I believe languages are a beautiful way of showing your appreciation for a country and a brilliant tool to understand and feel more connected to others.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have been working the past 3 years with a handful of jobs, I have worked as a Warehouse Assistant, Fast Food Staff and a Bartender therefore I would say I am able to handle myself under busy enviroments and under pressure. I have experience with Gardening and I am also prepared to learn new skills and put in the effort to make sure a job is done right. I want to learn new skills this year.

Other than Music, I adore Running, Hiking and taking road trips. I love Nature and read a lot. I have started to become more independent as I have left my Parents home and have grown to love cooking. I try to cook something new everyday and I'm always looking for new recipes. I want to cook with others when I'm travelling and learn new recipes and ways of cooking.
