… read more home and of their community. Our days were very peaceful. Things to do on Karra included: gardening with bay views, sharing everyday household chores, lots of biking and walks, hopping to other islands to the market or to pick fresh avocados, sunset watching, playing board games, kayaking around the island, sharing dinners and more… We are beyond than grateful for this opportunity! :)

Milly was a quiet and respectful guest who we enjoyed having in our home. She is mature beyond her years and a very willing worker.

I felt very lucky to have my first Christmas away from home to be with Paul and Caroline and their whole family. I loved all their Christmas traditions and it made me miss english xmas less. We visited some other islands whilst I was there which was great to see and was always invited along to spend time with their friends too which was great fun.

Yasmine and Liv were a lovely couple to share our place with. They used their initiative and enjoyed Island life. We appreciated their help and highly recommend to other hosts. X

Javiera was a confident, knowledgeable and respectful guest in our home. She taught us a lot and was open to learning. Javi enjoyed being part of our community and was a very capable worker. Her spoken English was excellent and she helped us with learning Spanish. Highly recommend Javi to you.

My experience was from the beginning really nice, I been with the family of one of the daughter when I arrived and they was extremely welcome family, feel really grateful, then in the island whit Caroline and Paul , was also really nice, we mostly clean some days the house, play a lot of games, Caroline is a great teacher for all the games of the
… read more world ahah, also I been with the local in the trivia night and was really cool, had lot of fun, kayac trip between de mangroves, delicious food and really nice accommodation, the house and the island are beautiful, a lot of kind of birds.
