  Description

  Hi, my name is Johana and I live in the Czech Republic, a small country in the middle of Europe. I am the happy owner of a small farm, which is inhabited by a dog, a cat, a goat, a couple of chickens and of course a rooster. The house is on the edge of the village of Němčice, a quiet and green place with a stream and a few cottages. The house is over 100 years old and perhaps sensitively renovated with a large garden and an orchard. You will live in a comfortable apartment, with a separate entrance, a terrace under a linden tree, a large bed and a small bathroom and kitchen. On cold days, you will warm yourself in the fireplace. There is still a lot of work around the house, I would be happy if I could share my space with someone who enjoys a simple life in nature and would be happy to help me with all the work around the house, such as preparing wood for the winter, tending the garden and orchard, caring for the animals, cleaning and minor repairs and adjustments to the house. They require 4-5 hours of work per day. We can share vegetarian food together or we can agree on another option that will suit your dietary needs. The house is surrounded by beautiful countryside, lots of greenery, meadows and forests. About 4 km away is the picturesque historic town of Litomyšl with a castle, which is not only beautiful, but also offers many cultural events all year round. The town also has a swimming pool, sauna, cafes and a lot of interesting architecture. There is often something going on at our farm, for example, we organize small concerts, seminars, practice yoga or gather by the fire and sing. I would like to expand these activities and I also need your help in implementing new ideas. I am looking forward to meeting new people from all over the world and sharing my beautiful space with like-minded beings.
  
  Ahoj jmenuji se Johana a žijí v České republice, malé zemi uprostřed Evropy.
  Jsem šťastnou majitelkou malé farmy, kterou semnou obývají pes, kočka, koza, pár slepic a samozřejmě kohout.
  Dům je na okraji vesnice Němčice, klidné a zelené místo s potokem a pár chalupami. Dům je přez 100 let starý a snad citlivé zrekonstruovaný s velikou zahradou a ovocný sadem.
  Budete bydlet v pohodlném apartmánu, se samostatným vchodem, terasou pod lípou, velkou postelí a malou koupelnou a kuchyní. V chladných dnech si bude topit v krbu.
  Kolem domu je stále spousta práce, budu ráda pokud budu moci sdílet svůj prostor s někým, koho baví jednoduchý život v přírodě a rád mi pomůžete se všemi pracemi kolem domu, jako je příprava dřeva na zimu, ošetřování zahrady a ovocného sadu, péče o zvířata, úklid a drobné opravy a úpravy na domě. Požadují 4- 5 hodin práce denně. Vegetariánské jídlo můžeme sdílet spolu anebo se domluvíme na jiné variantě, která bude vyhovovat potřebám vašeho stravování.
  Okolí domu je v pěkné krajině, spousta zeleně, louky lesy. Nedaleko zhruba 4 km je malebné historické město Litomyšl se zámkem, které je nejen krásné, ale nabízí celoročně spoustu kulturních akcí. Ve městě je také bazén, sauna, kavárny a hodně zajímavé architektury.
  I u nás na statku se často něco děje, pořádáme třeba malé koncerty, semináře, cvičme jógu nebo se scházíme u ohně a zpíváme, Ráda bych tyto aktivity rozšířila a i k tomu potřebuji vaši pomoc na realizací nových nápadů.
  Těším se, že touto cestou mohu poznat nové lidi z celého světa a sdílet svůj krásný prostor s podobně naladěnými bytostmi.

  Můžete být součástí klidného života na vesnici, můžete být celý den venku v přírodě a dýchat čistý vzduch. Můžeme si vyměnit svoje životní příběhy procvičit tak angličtinu a vzájemně se pak inspirovat. Potkat nové lidi a vidět jak se žije jinde :)

  Hébergement

  You will live in a spacious, comfortable apartment with a separate entrance and an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. The room has a double bed and one single bed. Wooden table, chairs and WiFi connection. Clean bed linen, soap, towels. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. A kitchenette with basic cooking equipment, an electric kettle and a small refrigerator are part of the apartment.
  
  Meals: Breakfast will be prepared from the supplies you will find in the refrigerator. We can share a vegetarian lunch together. Dinner will be prepared from the supplies you will have available. There is also a lot growing in the garden, so you can also use the fruits of the garden. And homemade eggs from our hens :) If you like to cook well, I would be happy to taste your cuisine.
  
  Budete bydlet v prostorné pohodlném apartmánu se samostatným vchodem a venkovní terasou s výhledem do zahrady.
  V pokoji je manželská postel a jedna další jednolůžková. Dřevěný stůl, židle a připojení na WiFi. Čisté povlečení, mýdlo, ručníky. Malá koupelna s WC a sprchovým koutem. Kuchyňka se základním vybavením k vaření, rychlovarná konvice a malá lednička jsou součástí apartmánu.
  
  Stravování:
  Snídaně bude mit ze zásob, které najdete v ledničce.
  Vegetarianský oběd můžeme sdílet společně.
  Večeři si opět připravíte ze zásob co budete mít k dispozici.
  Na zahradě také lecos roste, můžete tedy použít i plody zahrady. A vejce domácí od našich slepiček:)
  Pokud rádi a dobře vaříte ráda ochutnám vaší kuchyni.

  The house is on the edge of the village, the shop is about 2 kilometers away on foot. The beautiful historic town of Litomyšl is about 4 km away, where you can buy everything and arrange everything you need.
  
  Dům je na okraji vesnice, do obchodu je to pěšky zhruba 2 kilometry.
  Krásné historické město Litomyšl je vzdálenost zhruba 4km, tam se dá vše nakoupit a zařídit vše co byste potřebovali.
