Description
We have space available now until the end of April. We are an open-minded, loving, and high-energy family looking for an enthusiastic and motivated female workaway. We are excited to build a beautiful life together with you!
The Help:
You will be helping us with household tasks and healthy cooking for 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. We are currently focusing on creating a new, "upgraded" way of living, and your support in the daily flow is essential for this transition.

Who we are looking for:
(Please read carefully) Keeping up a household with 4 active kids is rewarding but involves a lot of (chaotic) help. We are specifically looking for an emotionally independent person. This means someone who:
- Has a "see tasks, do tasks" mentality and takes initiative. You do not have to work super hard, but you need to see and understand what to do.
- Is proactive and has enough energy to stay motivated in a busy family environment.
- Is comfortable and stable within themselves.
We live partly "outside the system" and are very free-spirited. For some, this can be confronting, so please only apply if you are truly open-minded and resonate with this lifestyle.
Location:
Our house is located on the edge of Helmond. Nature is right at our doorstep, yet the city center is near. We are only 10 minutes away from the creative city of Eindhoven. The train station is just a 3-minute walk from our house!

Aide
The Flow of our Days:
Your main help will be taking care of the house and food. Marjan (the mother) works daily during the baby’s nap times, while the older children focus on their schoolwork. During these hours, we appreciate someone who can help independently and respect the focus in the house.
Socializing & Connection:
Of course, there is also time to socialize! When the baby is awake, during shared tasks, or in between activities, we love to connect. You are also more than welcome to join us for family visits or outings to experience our way of life.
Languages: We communicate in English, and if you speak Spanish, that would be a wonderful bonus! ♡

Hébergement
ACCOMMODATION You’ll have your own private room with a comfortable bed, a desk, a closet, and reliable internet access ♡.
Evening and Sleeping Routines: As we have young children, we maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere upstairs from 21:00 (9 PM) until the morning and when the baby is sleeping in the afternoon. Downstairs, there is plenty of space for your own activities, whether you want to relax or be more active during your personal time.
Food:
You are welcome to join us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or eat independently if you prefer. We enjoy a wide variety of cultural influences and healthy meals, but we keep it balanced. To us, love is the key ingredient in every meal :)
- Breakfast & Lunch: Usually includes oats, fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, soup, and/or bread.
- Dinner: Typically a balanced meal of potatoes, rice, or pasta with fresh vegetables and fish, meat, or nuts. We are very flexible: some of us eat vegetarian, while others eat everything.

Your Time Off:
You can take beautiful walks in the nature ♡ surrounding our house or visit the vibrant city of Eindhoven (only 10 minutes away) to shop, socialize, and explore. During your free time, you are welcome to educate yourself or read the resources we offer on personal development, spirituality, yoga/tantra, and marketing & business development. We love to see you grow!
How We Live:
- We love being outdoors with the kids, enjoying the fresh air in local parks or the woods.
- Our home is a place of expression: we often dance in the living room, do yoga, read, or make music together.
- We enjoy "taking it easy" and fully appreciating the little things in life.
We are passionate about conscious creation; we love discussing how to further build our life of freedom and our businesses (off grid living, meditation, personal development and art).
