  Hello, my name is Benjamin, I am a professional creative, I am 35 years old i work from home and a travel from time to time.
  I run a successful photography business and i am always keen to teach people more in that space.
  I am interested in learning different languages and cultural nuances.
  My house is stunning, it has a large kitchen that you will have full access to.
  The historic Village i live in is only 30 min out of the city, its very walkable and surrounded by nature.
  You will find a few hiking trails and a couple of cafes.
  
  In exchange ill require some yard help on my property.

  Darlington is a stunning town 30 min from the city with cute cafes and nature hikes, there is also lesmurdi falls, serpentine falls, the swan valley, mundaring weir, the goat farm ( a world class down hill mountain biking park) and the kalamunda water park all within 20 min of my house.
