I live 4 hours north of Bodø 2 hours south of Narvik in HamarøyI am a single man of 67 years with a large private house. When my back is bad, I need help with some work .But I manage some things myself, I have a car to run out in most days to meet people and enjoy being there if something is happening.

Here is beautiful scenery of fine mountains and fjords, easy walks for advanced climbing. Norway's national mountain Stetind is situated as my view. In the summer it's midnight sun and winter northern lights. There are more museums and galleries and cave tours in the area here. Possibility of fishing both at sea and in lakes. mushrooms and berries grow wild here.

I spent two weeks at Rolf's house and as a first workaway experience it couldn't have gone better. I did some gardening and carpentry work. Rolf is a good person and he introduced me to Norwegian culture and the most beautiful places in his area. I thank Rolf for the fantastic experience I was able to have at his place.

He was here a month a decent and active man, I got a lot of help he was very cleanly in the house and personally.
Was very interested to learn all of the work, and everything about Norwegian food.
He was very fond of nature and was maange walks in the mountains, enjoyed fishing in the sea and in lake
