  Description

  My name is Ricardo, Jr along with my father Ricardo and my mother Andrea together run a hotel located in Jaco beach, CR.
  
  The hotel is managed by two full time employees:
  Andrea is the Project Manager. She is in charge of the administration of the hotel, schedule for local staff and volunteers daily operations for the hotel, She covers reception, assistS clients with check- ins and check-outs, proving quotes and answering the phone. Also she helps with the local cleaning, cleaning the rooms for check-outs.
  Ricardo is the CEO and CFO, he is charge of the financial of the hotel. He also does carpentry and cleans the pool
  Ricardo; I am charge of the marketing sales and support the hotel on the weekends by covering reception, answering the phone, provide information about the rooms and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
  Victor: Local cleaning staff and general maintenance such as painting and carpentry.He cleaning the pool, Sweeping and maintain the reception area.

  Travelers will learn about new culture , they will learn spanish, enjoy the pacific cost of Costa Rica, travelers will see the beach and enjoy the nature every day, or do surfing. They can learn about our culture "pura vida ticos", and the experience to stay in a peaceful place with a lot of nature, animals such as monkeys, birds, and butterfly, also they can learn about how handle a hotel and add the experience in their resume.

  Aide

  Volunteers willl assisting local staff in the following task:
  
  1.Covering Reception: Providing customer service by assisting clients with check-ins and check-outs providing quotes and information about the rooms and answering the phone.
  2. Housekeeping: Cleanning the rooms for check- outs, ensuring a welcoming and confortable environment for new guest.
  3. General maintenance: Sweeping, cleanning the pool and maintain the reception area.
