Description
We focus on giving our students the tools they need to succeed in today's world. We focus on supplementary and non-traditional education in English and Khmer to help them reach their goals
Many Cambodian children drop out school because of poor grades and performance. This is often because their families are living in poor conditions and have very low or no level of education.
There are also many street children (those who collect rubbish on the streets).
To combat these problems, we designed a special Street Children Rehabilitation Project (SCRP) where the goal is to give these children the tools they need to grow up and lead prosperous lives. This program invites children to come from families living in poverty, and street children.
Members are also involved in creating new connections with relevant NGO's for further services and support. So far, we sustain our work through only local English student volunteers and international volunteers.
This is a local non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization. It was established in late 2011 by a group of educated Cambodians who wanted to give back.Types d'aide et opportunités d'apprendre

I was teaching the youngest classes and a class at the evening with the oldest one.
At time it was challenging with the youngest class but the team and Shokan give me the freedom to apply my ideas and we then worked together for the best of the children.

Taught children from 8-11 then from 2 -5, they are great kids and this is a great project. Had plenty of time to explore the area.
I would recommend going here with a friend, as I can imagine the evenings would get a bit boring without one
