  Dear people,
  
  we are Leonardo, Max and Louisa. I come from Germany and we always live in Colombia over the winter with our sons Max and Antonio. We have our finca in tropical Ùtica, 3 hours from Bogotá. Leonardo has a small green hotel and does tourism with extreme sports activities such as rafting and waterfall climbing.
  
  I am a horsemanship coach and digital media manager in Germany. Our two horses are trained in horsemanship. As a volunteer, we give you the opportunity to learn horsemanship here in an authentic Colombian environment and to be part of our working life on the finca.
  
  For this winter season, we are looking for a babysitter and a photographer:
  
  Babysitter
  We are looking for a babysitter for our 4 year old son. He loves to ride his bike, but also to read books and to draw and work with wood, making fire and go to the little river. He is really into outdoor activities. We are looking for a person, who likes to do some little adventures with him some hours in the morning while we are working.
  
  You would work in the mornings, and you´d have free in the aftersoon and on weekends. You would live in a room of our hotel during the week, at weekends in a tent in our camping zone. Our hotel is a green beautiful space just 300 m from our house where we are living. Leonardos mom works there as well and the atmosphere is very familiar.
  
  In the afternoons you can relax in our finca at the pool or do some activities in the nature as riding bike, walking in beautiful places and on weekends participate in out extreme sport activities.
  
  The ideal time of your stay would be 3 month. If we feel very happy with each other, we could longer it up to 5 month.

  Photographer
  If you are a photographer or an ambitios amateur photographer, we offer to stay up to 2 weeks with us and help with your camera taking pictures of our finca, the hotel and of me with my work with horses.

  wir sind Leonardo, Max und Louisa. Ich komme aus Deutschland und wir leben über den Winter in Kolumbien auf unserer Finca. Leonardo hat sein Hotel in Ùtica, ca 3 Stunden von Bogotá.
  
  Ich bin Pferdekommunikations Coach und Medienmanagerin in Deutschland. Unsere zwei Pferde sind nach Horsemanship ausgebildet. Als Volunteer geben wir Dir die Möglichkeit hier im authentischen kolumbianischen Umfeld Horsemanship zu lernen und Teil an unserem Arbeitsleben auf der Finca zu haben.
  
  Diesen Winter sichen wir einen Babysitter oder Fotograf:In:
  
  Babysitter
  Wir suchen einen Babysitter, der mit unserem vierjährigen Sohn Max Zeit verbringt. Max liebt Outdoor Aktivitäten, Fahrradfahren, zum Fluss wandern und dort spielen, aber auch malen und mit Holz bauen und Feuer machen. In Deutschland ist er im Waldorfkindergarten mit Waldanteil, das macht ihm Spaß und wir würden uns freuen, wenn er in Kolumbien auch so eine vielseitige Betreuung haben könnte.
  
  Du würdest in einem Hotelzimmer wohnen und am Wochenende im Zelt mitten im Grünen auf unserer Finca. Unser grünes Hotel ist 300m von unserem Haus entfernt. Am Vormittag wäre deine Betreuungszeit und am Nachmittag und Wochenende hättest du frei. Auf unserer kleinen grünen Hotelanlage kannst du am Pool oder in der Hängematte entspannen und kleine Ausflüge rund um Ùtica machen. Die Mutter von Leonardo arbeitet auch dort und die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär.
  Wir können dir ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen, aber auch zu Fuß gibt es wunderschöne Schluchten zu erkundigen und tolle Pfade. Am Wochenende kannst du Extremsportarten wie Wasserfallklettern oder Rafting mitmachen, die wir für unsere Hotelgäste anbieten.
  
  Der ideale Zeitraum wäre 3-5 Monate. Wir würden den ersten Monat gemeinsam schauen, ob es auf beiden Seiten passt und wenn das der Fall ist und wir uns alle wohl miteinander fühlen können wir den Zeitraum bis auf maximal 5 Monate verlängern.
  
  Wir freuen uns auf dein Anschreiben, erzähl uns gerne ein wenig über deine Erfahrung mit Kindern und ob du einen pädagogischen Hintergrund hast.

  Wenn du Fotograf:In bist oder guter Amateur Fotograf, bieten wir an zwei Wochen auf unserer Finca zu verbringen und uns zu helfen, das Hotel, die Finca und meine Arbeit mit den Pferden fotografisch einzufangen.

  We are living in the green romantic nature here, Rio Negro is 200m from our finca. In your free time, you can make beautiful trips into the mountains by foot or bike. As you can participate in the finca activities such as rafting, climbing waterfalls or cannoping. Or you visit the village 5min by walk, there you find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, its a really authentic village.
