Hey
I'm Qian, a 26-year-old female from China. I speak Mandarin and English (IELTS 7.5).
I have been traveling and volunteering for 10 months in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, UAE, Turkey and Georgia (an experienced workawayer :).
What I have done and am interested in:
*language training: teaching English, preparing students for IELTS tests
*hospitality: reception, waitress, housekeeping
*homestay: babysitting, living family life, socializing, promoting for tourism, community
*farm and construction: don't mind getting hands dirty; can do labor; living in the nature and hiking
Learning different cultures and getting in touch with people is fascinating to me. I study sociology and anthropology in university and enjoy getting immersed in local cultures.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Teaching English. My IELTS score is 7.5 and I enjoy communicating with others.
Babysitting. I had experience in a day care center and several families overseas.I get on well with kids and I’m the favorite of my nieces. I really like playing with them and taking care of them.
Hospitality. I worked in a hostel in Bangkok for one month as receptionist and waitress (sometimes also helped with cleaning when the kitchen was busy or the housekeeper had her day off).
I'm willing to do construction projects and farmwork. I'm not handy but can do labor. If there is tedious and repetitive work which nobody likes, let me get it done while listening to podcasts :)

I stayed here for two weeks and find Ipoh quite a chill town. It’s surrounded by beautiful hills and the city center has many nice old buildings.
