  Hallo,
  
  I'm Luca and I manage a traditional restaurant in the italian part of the Swiss Alps.
  The philosophy behind Grotto Efra is to serve tradicional and local food (KM0) in a place sorrounded by nature while avoiding big corporations products. We are a small and familiar team and we want all our workers to be part of this family.
  
  If you want to join us you need to fit with our philosophy and be able to accept to live in the very country side of the alps surrounded by rivers, mountains and rocks.
  
  About me? I'm 40 years old and my hobbies are Kiteboarding, sailing, Ice Hockey, photography, hiking, reading, traveling.
  
  I hope to see you soon in Verzasca Valley.

  - We are in the middle of Europe and we see people from everywhere around so we like to talk as many languages as possible. SPOKEN ITALIA SKILLS ARE MANDATORY for our place.
  
  -The surroundings are beautiful especially if you like hiking, climbing, paragliding, fishing, mountain biking,...
  
  -You gonna learn how to work as waiter/waitress in a family team and if you like you can collaborate with the kitchen.
  
  - The river is amazing, and nature as well, you will love it.

  Aide

  We are looking for a well motivated waiter/waitress to help for the summer season (May - end of October). The job is 100% and even more but no worries, you will be paid accordingly:
  21.- CHF / hour (gross salary) plus part of the shared tips (we share with all the team and split at the end of the month).
  
  As we are in Switzerland, wich is a non EU country, we will need to go through working visas. That sayid we need our workers to be Schengen Area citizens.
  
  Please note that VERY GOOD ITALIAN SKILLS are needed and german skills are very appreciated. We don't necessarily ask for experience in hospitality: just kindness, empathy and motivation to learn and work. We gonna give priority to profiles who are interested in staying for the entire season.

  You will be hosted in Sonogno and the closest town is Locarno (35km away). We are pretty well connected with buses except for night and evening. Unfortunately, if partying is your priority, this place is definitely not for you.
  
  You have beautiful hiking trails starting right in the spot and a MTB trail of 7km.
  
  River and forest are everywhere, just need too walk out of the house and you will be alone into the wild.
