Description
Joe and Vivienne have owned a beautiful Normandy Castle near the D-Day beaches for 16years. the castle is run as a bed and breakfast welcoming guests from all over the world. Joe is a retired architect and Vivienne is a retired company director of an Advertising agency.
We have 1 horse, 1 miniature Shetland pony, 2 donkeys,2 dogs and 3 cats. The castle is set on an island surrounded by a moat and has 27 acres of land. We are 3 miles from a small town.

Visiting the World War II D-Day beaches and many other sites in Normandy.
Aide
Help needed with gardening, painting and general maintenance around the castle. Ideally we would look for someone late 20's to mid 40's.

We have comfortable accommodation within the castle for the helpers with their own bathroom and can guarantee good food.

We are a non-smoking house. Joe and Vivienne would be happy to show any volunteers the area - which is fascinating for those interested in World War II history plus we are close to Le Mont St Michel, Bayeux and many other interesting sites.
