  Description

  We, Olga, Slavik and our three children, invite you to help us with the development of our farm and art space 30 km from Almaty, near the town of Talgar. We purchased a 2 hectare plot of land 3 years ago to grow medicinal and decorative herbs for our natural cosmetics production. However, gradually, in addition to herbs, there appeared a camping site, a bathing vat and small areas for recreation. Now we are looking for those who are ready to share the warm season with us and help us to build a guest house, organize a small organic vegetable garden where we can grow vegetables and herbs for us and our guests. In addition, we will be happy to host creative people who are willing to work with us on decorating the property, as well as guests who are interested in cultural and language exchange and would just like to spend time with us and our children, improving their skills in English or Russian.
  
  We have the opportunity to provide you with a place in the guest house, which is not completely finished, but on the second floor there is a comfortable sleeping place for three people. It is also possible to set up your own tent in any convenient place on our territory or use our tent for two guests.

We invite volunteers and travellers from around the world to join us for a meaningful cultural exchange. Here, you can enjoy the beauty of the mountains near Talgar while contributing to daily tasks that support oue eco-friendly glamp site. In return, we offer comfortable accommodations, shared meals and unforgettable experiences.
  You'll have the chance to explore the surroundings through hikes, local excursions and cultural events. We encourage learning and sharing - whether it's language exchange, cooking traditional Kazakh dishes, or storytelling around the campfire. Our space is open for creative workshops, skill exchange, and deep conversations.
  This is more than just a stay - it's an opportunity to connect, grow, and feel at home in nature. Come join our small, vibrant community and discover the heart of Kazakhstan through shared work and joyful rest.

  Aide

  There is always a lot of work to be done at the farm, all the guests are welcome, especially those who are willing to help with cosmetic repairs and setting up the a-frame cabin, or who are able to help with clearing old trees and creating new sitting areas on the farm, help with creating a small vegetable garden.
  from May to October we are almost constantly on the farm and we will work together to do the described work, share our farming experience and the cultural peculiarities of our region

  We can provide a place to sleep in an a-frame guest house, or provide space for your tent in the warmer months, as well as our tent with sleeping gear, if needed.
  
  We celebrate food as a way to connect and share cultures. We offer meal options to suit every preference - whether you're vegetarian, vegan or prefer a more traditional diet. Our goal is to make everyone feel at home, no matter your lifestyle or dietary needs,
  Guests are welcome to cook together in our shared outdoor kitchen, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. It;s a chance to excange recipes, learn new cooking styles, and enjoy delicious meals as a group. For those who prefer independence, we also provide a well-stocked selection of ingredients for self cooking.
  Meal planning and preferences can be discussed individually to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Whether you love to cook or just enjoy a good meal, food here brings people together.

  There are so many magneficient places around our area so you can go to the nearest ski resort Ak Bulak to enjoy the mountains or, by individual agreement, we can go to the nearest lake together, as well as give you an excursion around Almaty and suburbs.
