We want to give you the chance to meet people from different backgrounds and learn languages you’ve never heard before, and to share a meal with people you never would have met from countries all over the world. It’s about bringing together a group of people who shares only one thing in common: a desire to see the world.
Our guesthouse is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Australia. We are minutes from beaches, pristine creeks, rainforest and UNESCO World Heritage listed areas. The guesthouse is a scenic riverfront building with a spectacular view.
We offer an authentic Australian, country town experience. A way to really experience our Australian culture and way of living.
Our relaxed and peaceful guesthouse prides itself on fantastic service and friendly and authentic staff. Our guests are from Australia and from all over the world.

Bellingen is a wonderful town to come for a cultural exchange. Our stay allows travellers to experience life in a small, friendly, country town first hand. You can learn about our local wildlife species, environment and indigenous culture. We in turn greatly enjoy learning from you about your culture, your home country and sharing our stories about our love of travel.

We are located in the picturesque town of Bellingen in northern NSW. Our guesthouse overlooks the Bellinger River and is moments from wonderful cafes and quaint shops. We are half an hour from UNESCO-listed Dorrigo National Park and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Coffs Coast.
Our 10-room guesthouse is situated in a character-filled, three-story, freshly painted weatherboard building and has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The position is paid and requires you to help 2 hours per day with house cleaning. The pay is $25 per hour.

We have an abundance of swimming spots in and around the town, from rivers to waterfalls to the ocean and back.
There is heaps to do in and around Bellingen. The town is a wonderful balance of people from all walks of life. There is amazing nature in one of the last Gondwana forests in the world (a protected world heritage site), which we are on the doorstep of.
You can tube down the river, or just sit and be in Bellingen.
Our guesthouse is located moments from swimming in the river, wonderful cafes and quaint shops.
If you have yoga teaching skills our guests love to join you for a morning session :)

My time at the guesthouse was absolutely amazing. The staff is very kind and it's always a pleasure to have a chat with and the work is easy, with lot of free time to explore around Bellingen; also the place is awesome, with the river nearby for the hottest days. Tom was an absolute legend, the easiest person to have around. Awesome work ethic, never complained, always gave 100%, eager to give a hand wherever he could. Didn't want to see him go. Sorry for the late feedback! Staying here and helping out was great. Sophie, Rene, Daniel and the other volunteers were great. Bellingen is a lovely little town with a good local community. The work is more than fair and everyone pitches in. Everyone is inviting and often does activities together. I stayed here just over two weeks and felt well… read more

This place is amazing, the people, the views, the atmosphere. Thanks so much Rowan and renae for having me and making this place and home. The work is great, not quite as fast as you at making beds rowan! Thankyou again for letting this be part of my life, and for all the beautiful distractions while I worked and all the beauty while I didn't.
