Description
It is an environmental project based in Peniche(Portugal) involved in regional development, digital transformation and ocean initiatives. Our efforts are addressed to establish a circular economy by recycling ocean waste, through an household and international team of ambitious young people who wish to create a new sustainable world. The main objective is to bring local and international researchers, students, entrepreneurs, established businesses, and public sector individuals under one roof and empower them to pursue innovative solutions related to ocean and societal challenges – be they local, regional, national, or global.

Environmental issues are the most important ones in our current historical period. Working with us might give you the opportunity to learn about climate initiative, sustainable fishing, recycling waste process and circular economy. Through our project, you can make a strong network of environmental organisations, involved in figuring out similar issues.
Aide
We're currently fixing the harbour selected to become our official venue, as well as making contacts with an extended network of NGO, universities and private companies. Thus we need some motivated people willing to express themselves through design, building and housekeeping("harbour" -keeping). Building is the most important issue we're having right now. Experience is not required!

Hébergement
We offer accommodation in change of 5 hours a day of work 5 days a week in our harbour. It means fixing workshop rooms and helping us in ocean projects. We'll also go surf and meet local fishermen!
We may provide:
-2 beds in a private room

-Free equipped kitchen

In your days off you can discover the central part of Portugal. Lisbon is 40 minutes away by buses and we may provide you advice on what would be interesting to visit. During the work days, surf it's a great idea. Here there are several surf schools which organise specific courses, as well as you can surf by yourself in autonomy
