  Description

  We are a young family (José and Dayana) with a 2 year old boy and a 7 year old girl, living in a 12 ha field by the cisnes river in the middle of Chilean Patagonia Forest.
  Presently we are impulsing an small alternative school in Puerto Cisnes, that promotes a fun and happy way to gain consciousness of the green treasure we live at, based on the forest school principles and committed community of parents supporting this new way of raising conscious kids.
  In parallel, for the last 7 years, we've been working on transforming our land into an ecological center of nature and wellness for the community and travelers. Our ex-house is a coffee shop, and we run a camping area and an 8 people lodge. So we have lots to show!
  
  We are looking for travelers with skills with kids, that want to share our dream, assisting Dayana at the school (in the mornings), specially teaching some English and/or other languages and sharing skills and abilities and games an cultural exchange, so our very cool group of kids can learn about the diversity of this big world that we live in. At the same time we invite you to know our land project ) and help us on all the daily shores we have to do in the farm/forest and experience what living in the remote side of patagonia rain forest is about.
  We have a small bedroom with heating and all the installations of our coffe shop (kitchen, wifi)

  You will learn about patagonian old and new ways, experience how our culture is actively changing adapting to the new world demands, doing everything we have at hand to create a more healthy region, respectful of nature and kids. You will experience living in a nincredible and beautiful place by the cisnes river, really peaceful and quiet, special for reconnect with nature and help us around, be part of our family, practice spanish, learn and taste local foods.

  If you have experience or knowledge in alternative pedagogy, being with kids, teaching, we would ve glad to host You, as the main plus for us would be assisting at our alternative school. Anyway a friendly mind and hands are always very welcome, proactivity is everything so far south.

  Hébergement

  We have a private room (with heating). Bathroom and hot shower (outside the room).You have to take care of this spaces. We try to eat and Cook all together and have a full kitchen for us to use at our coffeshop that doesn't have too much work at all after March.

  Autres infos...

  Local transport is available if you want to visit Ventisquero Colgante, National Park Queulat, Puerto Cisnes, Lago Las Torres, Puyuhuapi Termas, and many other attractions. You can relax by the river, meditate, have forest bathing, watch birds, fishing, and anything you feel like doing here in our land. Enjoy! Of course we will do some weekend travels.

  KIND OF! We live in a remote area, we have STARLINK that is very good, but electrically we depend on our off grid system that rare times needs fixing. Works for us!
