Description
I am a 7 year bush worker in Canada who recently buy some farmland with a group of friend close to my home town in Quebec and we are looking for some individual to come help us build an amazing garden in our little paradise.
the profitable one is a 80 ha farm who grow multiple vegetable without any use of chemical, use of tractor and diverse machine is require to operate all that farmland. egg chicken and meat one as well ( more than a 100 ).
on the second one we more looking for someone who is interest in farming and discover how to operate machinery, how to exploit farmland and rotational culture of mass.
the farm do a lot a big volume but no mono-culture is use. We prefer utilise plant companionship as much as possible, field rotation and maximisation of ground life is our moto.
future project
building and cultivate a garden ( permaculture style and following the ways of nature , having some animal ( goat, horse, cow , and duck ), bunch of different herb and flower.
those project will require manual skill and use of construction tools.
the workawayer salary will be the minimum wage in hour country (16.10$) + food and housing.
Food will be product form the farm +all the basic ( butter, flour, etc.)

the farm is surrounded by multiple hike, trail and climbing station,
there is a nice little waterfall at 5 minute from the farm.

Aide
first project
- straight farming, everything between planting seeds to harvesting. Packing order, help to deliveries, Staring water system, management of green houses and more.
second project
- gardenng, cooking. mostly gardening and meal prep with the permaculture product. helping feeding the animal will also be a part of the task.
most of my friend/associate have kids so they will involve in some project but will it will not be your task to occupy them or neither watch them but they will surely be around.
