My name is Thy, as in "tea" ☕ but I like coffee too!

Although I come from Canada, I feel most at home when I connect with beautiful beings, witness a sunset, watch the night sky, listen to uplifting music and eat a meal prepared with love. Yup, call me cheesy 🙂

Self-care is also very important for me. I enjoy taking care of:
- my body through yoga, sunset walks, hiking and cycling
- my mind through meditation, reading and language learning
- my heart through journaling, music practice and travelling
