Hi! I'm Pippa from Australia :)

I am a physiotherapist taking a year or 2 off from work to travel and am hoping to experience different culture and ideas through volunteering.

I absolutely love the outdoors and exploring new places always brings me so much happiness! I have always enjoyed camping, hiking, and river / ocean swimming and feel very lucky to have grown up in Australia where we have so many amazing national parks. I am so excited to see the nature in other countries and see how different this may be to the aussie landscape!

I volunteered when I was 18 in Catal as an au pair for 2 girls aged 7 and 9 and absolutely loved it!! I grew up in a big family with my siblings and lots of cousins so have been around kids and family forever.

I'm super enthusiastic and am so keen to learn about new cultures, languages, sustainability, and meet new people! :)

I'm very enthusiastic, smily, and open to learning any new skills!

While I was studying at uni I worked in restaurants and cafes and have great experience in cooking, baking, cleaning and excellent front of house skills! I'm very organised and tidy and have previously volunteered as a cleaner for accomodation cabins.

I love being outdoors and am a quick learner. Growing up on a farm has meant I have skills in planting trees, fencing, managing stock (cows and sheep), bottle feeding animals, helping out at shearing (rouseabout), painting, and having a positive attitude when the days get too hot!

I also love to go to the gym and run so am fit and strong but probably not super strong and maybe my hands are a little soft at the moment ahaha

As an 18 year old I worked as an au pair in Australia for 2 girls and 2 boys, and in Spain looking after 2 little girls. I had such an incredible time and loved the time I got to spend with my au pair family :)

I love chatting to people and learning about everyones stories. Working as a physiotherapist means every day I get to meet new, amazing people and build trust together :) I love that the most about my work and enjoy this in my everyday life too!
