I'm happiest when I'm learning something new, meeting interesting people, and feeling that my work is genuinely useful. One of the things that inspires me most is seeing people grow, learn new skills, and realize their potential. I love being around people who are curious, open-minded, and excited to improve themselves, and I enjoy supporting that process whenever I can.
I enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping others make things a little easier.
I love nature, good conversations, coffee, music, photography, and discovering local culture beyond the usual tourist experience. I prefer meaningful connections over busy nightlife and enjoy simple things like cooking together, walking, or sharing stories.
For me, Workaway is not just about saving money while traveling. It's a chance to exchange skills, experience a different way of life, contribute to someone's project, and learn from people with different backgrounds. I believe the best travel experiences come from being part of a community, even for a short time.

My professional background is in business operations, customer support, and process improvement. I enjoy organizing things, solving problems, and finding simpler ways to do everyday tasks. Recently, I've also been learning how to use AI and automation tools to help small businesses save time and work more efficiently.
I'm comfortable working with people, communicating with guests or customers, and adapting to different situations. I'm organized, reliable, and I like taking initiative when I see something that can be improved.
I can also help with photography, creating short videos and social media content, basic administrative tasks, research, and general computer work. I'm a fast learner, so even if I haven't done a specific task before, I'm usually able to pick it up quickly.
Outside of my professional skills, I'm happy to help with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, gardening, cooking simple meals, pet care, or anything else that's needed. I don't mind getting my hands dirty and I believe every project has tasks that simply need someone dependable to do them well.

I'm currently working as an Operations Director for a small software company in Russia, where I help improve processes, organize teamwork, and solve operational challenges. It's a role that has taught me to stay organized, communicate well, and adapt when things don't go according to plan.
Before that, I worked as a barista for several years, and coffee is still one of my biggest passions. I enjoy learning about different brewing methods, espresso, and specialty coffee, and I'd be happy to help in a café or coffee-related project.
I also play the guitar, enjoy photography, yoga, hiking, reading, and listening to music. I'm curious about psychology, philosophy, and different cultures, and I love conversations that help people learn from each other.
I love animals and I'm always happy to help take care of pets.
I'm a non-smoker and I rarely drink alcohol. I prefer a calm lifestyle, meaningful connections, and spending time in nature rather than partying.
