Hi, my name is Mila and I’m from Germany.
I just finished my Bachelor Degree and I am currently traveling through Brazil. This is my first time using Workaway and I want to use it as an opportunity to learn new things like languages, develop new skills and make new friends. Therefore I am open to do different kinds of work during my travels.
I am a social person who loves to connect with other people.Therefore one of my goals for this trip is to either improve my Spanish skills or to learn Portuguese. I would be happy to share my knowledge about other languages in exchange.
On the other hand, I sometimes need time for myself and would like to spend it in a quieter place. That's why I'm looking for accommodation in nature. I am a very active person who loves being outdoors so I can see myself helping in a farming or gardening project even though I don't have a lot of experience in this field yet. I love plants and animals and have been vegan/vegetarian for many years now.

Que habilidades tienes?

I have a lot of experience working with kids and teenagers since I have been working as a babysitter and a supervisor in youth camps for the past years. I volunteered in a few social projects from the church in my hometown. I am very organized and able to take on responsibility. I have worked in a hostel before so I have some experience in hospitality. I have good English and French skills ( and of course German skills) and would be able to teach bits about those languages to other people, but I also want to learn new languages.
