Over ten years ago, I made the decision to leave college and my potential degree behind for exploration and travel... To know both myself and the world around me more clearly, and to experience as many cultures and viewpoints outside of my own. There is not a day that goes by I regret that decision, which has shaped and blessed my life immensely, inspired my soul, and allowed me to keep an open and free thinking mind.

I am passionate about nature, animals, gardening, beauty, cooking, art of any medium, music, reading, writing, healing modalities , and a good outdoor fire.

After a period of years away from this platform, I find myself wanting to return for a period of time to gather new skills to prepare me for a life out in the country, permanently. I also often miss the camaraderie of the exchange, the sharing of meals, the sharing of stories... and general connection that is the heart of what I have known workaway to be in my first experiences years ago.

I genuinely love helping others, forming life long connections, and seeing a project through to fruition. We should all innately want to help one another, and I truly believe the world would be a better, more humble place, if we were all to embrace this kind of experience, if only once.
