Hello! I’m Lou - a 30-year-old Australian with dreams to explore the world.

I am excited to be a part of many different volunteer projects, where I hope to learn new skills while also utilising my strengths. I love meeting new people and experiencing something different and challenging. I am at a point in my life where I am ready to face the unknown and grow and develop as a person while getting a bit lost in what the world has to offer!

I am great working with people and getting others enthused. I have experience working in marketing, as a video-editor, designing websites and creating content as a graphic designer. I am a holistic practitioner, providing coaching in energy psychology modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy. I teach yoga and am a certified Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist. I have also worked in retail, child-care and hospitality.

It was a pleasure to have Lou helping me for a week at my property. She fitted into my bush lifestyle very easily and was quick to learn new skills she was unfamiliar with.
