Hi, my name is Julia. I am a young woman, who wants to see the world and its different cultures. I have lived abroad for short periods, traveled through school and choir projects, and grown up in an international family. So I would say, traveling and experiencing different cultures has always been a big part of my life.

I am curious about the world and the perspectives of other people. I love to talk about different views and thoughts - in Austria we would say "about god and the world". There's always something to get to know about.

I am a trained nursery nurse, also known as kindergarten teacher, with experience working with children between the ages of 1 and 6. I also hold a Montessori diploma and a qualification for working with people with different kinds of disabilities.

In addition, I am completing my studies as a therapist specializing in speech, language, hearing, and swallowing, and I will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree before starting my travels in August.

Through my background, I combine pedagogical, didactic, and therapeutic perspectives. I am patient, attentive, and used to supporting children and individuals in a sensitive and needs-oriented way. I enjoy working in everyday settings, sharing my knowledge, and contributing responsibly to family life, projects, or community work.

I am the older sister of two younger brothers, whom I am very close to. Being involved in helping to raise them strongly influenced my educational path and deepened my passion for working with children.

I understand how important a well-structured, supportive environment is for children’s development and growth. Alongside my practical experience, I have completed several educational trainings to understand the theory behind working with children.

Being part of a child’s journey and supporting them along their way is something I consider a true privilege.

  I’m vegan and love trying new meals as well as cooking. I really enjoy sharing food, so cooking and eating together would be enriching for me.
