I am a hardworking, reliable and confident individual with a love for the outdoors, physical work, nature and being surrounded by animals. I have completed a few workaways in South America and Australia already which has been a really great experience that I'd love to continue.


Georgia's experience:
- Registered adult nurse who is used to working 12 hour shifts
- Wealth of horse riding/ stable experience together with undertaking voluntary work at dog shelters, farms and veterinary practices
- Experience in the hospitality industry for many years including waitressing, barista, cook, food preparation, bar work and brand activation events. Food Allergens & Food Safety Level 2 Qualification
- Customer service experience in retail
- Housekeeping/ cleaning experience
- Experience working with kids of differing ages and needs e.g. many years of babysitting experience, running art classes for school kids, volunteering at a stables where disabled kids had the opportunity to ride, running sports groups.

I have a wide range of experience and skills that I'd love to share.
Firstly, I have a BSc Adult Nursing Honours degree. I therefore have the experience of interacting compassionately with a variety of different people from all walks of life and circumstances. Initially, I specialised in Emergency Medicine. I am used to working long shifts with a high workload whilst being under pressure- I'm no stranger to hard work!
I have recently gained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Level 5 Qualification.

Hospitality
I have a vast range of experience in the hospitality industry:
- bar experience (including festivals and brand activation events)
- barista training (interest in latte art)
- waitressing (hotels, restaurants, cafes, events)
- food preparation (soup kitchen, cooking and preparing a variety of meals in cafes, private boarding school meal prep)

Animals
I have worked with horses for over 10 years from youngsters to school masters.
I have experience in:
- riding (walk, trot, canter, gallop, some jumping)
- stable work (grooming, mucking out, tacking up etc)
- working with children and people with learning disabilities to lead and teach
I have owned dogs and cats all my life. I have a couple years experience working in a vet practice also. I am fully vaccinated against Rabies.
- I have experience working on a cattle station undertaking the roles of cooking, cleaning, animal care and horse riding.


I have also undertook a wide range of volunteering including:
- care home
- charity shop
- working with asylum seekers
- vet practices
- working with kids- art classes, running sports groups, facilitating disabled children to horse ride.



Previous workaways include:
- x2 dog shelters in Peru
- receptionist in Peru
- meditation retreat in Australia
- I have a 5 star rating on trusted house sitters
