Hello! I'm Catherine, I'm an easy-going Irish volunteer who loves to travel, explore new places and immerse myself in different cultures. I'm very sociable and enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. I'm a qualified physiotherapist, and enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle. In my spare time I like to keep on the move - running, practicing yoga and pilates, going to the gym and walking with my dog. I enjoy practical work, being outdoors, and working as part of a team, and am looking forward to getting involved in some new projects and adventures! I'm a fluent English and Irish speaker, and an intermediate Spanish speaker - which I will hopefully get to practice lots and improve during my travels!

I am a very organised person with excellent time management skills. I'm a quick learner and enjoy working independently as well as being a strong team-player. I'm fit and energetic, comfortable doing hands-on work.

As well as working as a physio, I have lots of experience in the hospitality field, having worked in shops, hotels, bars and restaurants over the years. I'm a people-person and have great communication skills, and enjoy meeting and working with people from all backgrounds.

I'm also currently training to be a pilates instructor!
