I consider myself to be a friendly, calm, but somehow adventurous person,
I like to be surrounded, sided and supported by positive thoughts, people and nature, in this way I can give a lot of energy and ideas.

I have studied at different schools but with time I have learned that I can find out the most about myself through others.

> I hold and architecture degree, I can help to build eco-houses. I have participated in building workshops, i worked with wood, clay/straw building technique, bioengineering, treehousees design, plaster works;
> I can teach English/Espanol/Italiano, and do administrative work in those languages;
> I can draw and rapresentate, with software and by freehand;
> I attended, various theater courses I have developed some ability to communicate and interact in different ways;
> I did sailing and boat maintenance, searching for more!
> I worked as a cook so I have some skills in that area, passion for traditional food of my country it's a plus, and i want to learn more from new places;
> I can conduce and teach yoga, acroyoga and CI dance ;
> affinity with nature-related activities, like walking, camping, climbing, rowing and open air life;
> i appreciate too learning new skills and languages


i offer my time 4-5h*️️️️day / 20-25h*️️️️week for 5day*️️️️week in change of bed and food as basic, and places!

Alberto is a restless learner, a late bloomer, a theorist of practice.
He interweaves contact improvisation, a degree in architecture,
drawing and bodywork to design experiences that seeks individual and
group awareness, wholeness and transformation, where the process is
more important than the goal.
