Hello, I'm Paola, I'm 60 years old and I live with two of my four kids in a beautiful village near Florence, in Italy. I work as a home chef and give cooking classes for tourists in the area where I live. During winter, I give classes about healthy family food, to new mothers and families. Work away is a way for me to visit places, travel alone but above all to meet people and spend time in the Nature. For me, meeting people and learning more about different cultures/lifestyles is the best way to open one's mind and be grateful for the gifts of life. I prefer to work in the garden, but cleaning, general help, cooking is also ok. Open to learn new tasks.
