Hello, my name is Hinano from Japan.
Thank you very much for reading my profile.

I am a registered nurse and have been working in an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for the past three years.
In March this year, I plan to leave my job and go abroad because I want to experience different cultures, meet new people, and grow as a person through real-life experiences.

I cannot speak English well yet, but I am very motivated to learn.
I believe my strengths are my positive attitude, smile, energy, physical strength, and communication skills. Even without perfect English, I try my best to connect with people through actions and kindness.

I joined Workaway because I want to make friends from different countries and learn new values and ways of thinking. I know my English level may cause inconvenience at first, but I am willing to study every day and improve step by step.

I also have volunteer experience.
When I was a high school student, I participated in an educational support project in Cambodia. In my personal life, I have cared for a blind dog and a cat that was abandoned in a roadside ditch. Through these experiences, I learned responsibility, compassion, and how to support others consistently.

Because I know my English is limited, I am determined to give back as much as possible by working hard, being reliable, and supporting my host family with sincerity. I am not afraid of physical work and I am happy to help with any tasks.

Yes, I am interested. Although my English is still limited, I am very interested in learning new languages. I would like to improve my English step by step through daily communication and real interactions with people abroad. I am also interested in teaching Japanese. I would be happy to share not only the language, but also Japanese culture, customs, and expressions used in everyday life. I have strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
Through my work as an ICU nurse, I have developed responsibility, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm and reliable in busy or challenging situations.

I am physically strong and not afraid of hard work, including cleaning, farming tasks, animal care, or long hours of activity. I am punctual, organized, and take instructions seriously.

I also have experience in volunteering and caring for animals, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, and consistency. Even when language is a barrier, I try to understand others through actions, effort, and kindness.

I may not speak English fluently yet, but I am motivated to learn, quick to adapt, and always willing to help wherever I am needed.

I enjoy experiencing new environments and cultures, and I always try to approach new challenges with a positive attitude. Even when tasks are new to me, I listen carefully, learn quickly, and take responsibility until the work is done. In shared living situations, I respect rules and manners and try to be considerate of others.

I also enjoy physical activity and living close to nature, and I am happy to help with cleaning, outdoor work, and animal care. Even when there is a language barrier, I do my best to build trust through my actions, effort, and sincerity.

Through this experience, I hope to contribute to my host while learning as much as possible and sharing meaningful time together.
