Hello, I’m a Canadian currently traveling in Europe while I wait for my Norwegian working holiday visa to be approved.

I’m looking for a place to stay and help out for one to three weeks, and I am open to staying longer if it is the right fit. I am flexible and mainly looking for something hands on where I can actually be useful. I do not smoke, drink, or party. Some would say I'm boring but I just enjoy healthier things in life which I've outlined elsewhere in my profile!

I grew up in Vancouver and Victoria, and have lived in various cities and towns across Canada for work and during my time in the Canadian Armed Forces. Being a first generation Canadian, I value experiencing different cultures and ways of life, and I am genuinely interested in learning from new environments and people.

I have been working since I was 12 years old, starting in restaurants and construction, so I am very comfortable with physical work, responsibility, and showing up consistently. I joined the Canadian Armed Forces at 16, where I worked in logistics handling equipment, inventory, and operational support in structured environments.

After that, I moved into the Canadian oil and gas industry. I worked in both shop and field roles. I regularly worked 12 hour shifts and at times up to 16 to 20 hour days in remote conditions, so I am used to long hours, physically demanding work, and staying focused under pressure. You can put me to work on a task and I'll get it done!

I hold multiple safety and industry certifications including First Aid with CPR and AED, H2S Alive, WHMIS, CSTS (construction safety), Gun license, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods. I am pretty skilled with computers as well. I also hold a Canadian Drivers License with a International Driving Permit. Safety, reliability, and doing things properly are important to me.

I am also easy to live with. Between the military, restaurants, and oil and gas, I am used to working closely with different people in high pressure environments. I always do my best to be respectful, keep shared spaces clean, and I do not take things personally. I can take criticism well and also give others feedback in a way where we move forward. I focus on doing the job well and getting along with the people around me.

  • Que habilidades tienes?

I’m physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work. I grew up working in construction environments and have experience with carpentry and basic electrical work, which has made me confident using tools and working on practical projects.

I enjoy learning new technical skills and being involved in construction, repair, and mechanical tasks. I’m used to working long hours, staying focused, and following instructions carefully to get the job done right.

Through my experience in hospitality, I’ve also developed strong adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. I take responsibility seriously and prefer being actively involved rather than just observing.

I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can assist with renovation, building, equipment, or any kind of mechanical or technical work. I’m not afraid of hard work, getting dirty, or working outdoors.

I bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn quickly. My goal is to gain real, practical experience and contribute meaningfully to any project I’m part of, especially in roles that involve tools, machinery, or physical construction work.

  • Algo más...

In my free time I enjoy staying active. I like hiking, being outdoors, and spending time at the beach. I am generally pretty low maintenance and easygoing outside of work.

I am already well travelled for my age, so I am comfortable in new environments and very respectful and accepting of different cultures and ways of life. I enjoy meeting new people and adapting to different places.

I also enjoy cooking and would love to learn how to make traditional dishes from your country!!!!

I do not smoke or drink, and I keep a clean and respectful lifestyle. I am used to structured environments but I am also relaxed and easy to get along with day to day.

I am always open to learning new things and making the most out of the experience while I travel.
