After six months of workaway on a couple of ecofincas in Gran Canaria, since middle of December 2025, I'm back in Sweden for a necessary vacation. Then I want to find some farmstays in Asturias, north of mainland Spain.

Hi. I'm 44 years old, in good physical shape. I have lived in Sweden most of my life but originally I'm from the Balkans. I tend to be a quiet person who likes good humour and good company.

I want to learn more about farming, permaculture, land regeneration and rainwater retention.

I have had different types of jobs throughout my life. I've worked for two seasons, the last years, in a private company that is taking care of the greenery (flowerbeds, hedges, bushes) in various neighbourhood areas. There I've gained experience of working with heavy machines like a string trimmer and hedge trimmer, among other things.

And I want to continue working outdoors with physical tasks. From my experience I think that hard work should be done together, to ease the burden. And there should be a healthy variation between hard and easier work.

A good, responsible and reliable worker. I try to keep my apartment tidy. Know some basic cooking. Exercise through walking, jogging and biking to keep fit.

I've had a simple life in an small town. I tried to care for the environment by recycling my waste. Buying second hand goods. I've never owned a new smartphone. This is my fourth old one, that I through the years have received from family and friends. My main mode of transportation have been my bike and public transport. No car in the last 15 years. But I've driven a car in my recent jobs. Now I want to live closer to nature.

I like hiking, cycling, reading, watching older movies. I speak several languages.

It is a new chapter in my life. Through different farmstays I want to have a simple life closer to nature. I want to learn as much as possible about farming and support farms that practice permaculture principles and regenerative agriculture.
