We are Ayushman (from India) and Elena (from France) — a duo of passionate wanderers on a spiritual and cultural journey across the globe. Together, we call ourselves the Migrated Monks — two ordinary thirty-somethings who left behind conventional careers, sold everything, and chose to live with intention, simplicity, and curiosity.

Our life fits into three backpacks, but our dreams are boundless. We travel not just to see the world, but to grow through it — connecting deeply with nature, communities, and ancient wisdom along the way.

We believe in living slowly, learning from the land, and exchanging energy through meaningful work. Whether it's farming, eco-building, sharing stories, practicing yoga or helping others reconnect spiritually — we’re here to give fully and learn humbly.

With open hearts and hands ready to help, we’re always looking for places where we can exchange skills, culture, and kindness. For us, Workaway isn’t just about working — it’s about community, purpose, and the joy of shared experience.

We are Elena and Ayushman — a mindful, creative, and spiritual couple traveling the world with purpose and heart.

Elena brings over 15 years of experience as a professional massage therapist and energy healer. She is trained in various holistic therapies including Ayurvedic massage, traditional Chinese medicine, body awareness practices, yoga, and meditation. She has a deep connection with the human body and soul, and her intuitive touch helps people release emotional and physical blockages. She can also offer French language lessons and shares her passion for healing through presence and care.

Ayushman is a yoga teacher, guide Meditation, healing through Nature bath and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and has 3 years of experience in the design and gaming industry. He’s a talented visual artist with over 5 years in photography — especially portraits and sketching — and is also a skilled travel content creator, filmmaker. He enjoys gardening, housekeeping, cooking, and is always open to learning new hands-on skills. He’s also fluent in Hindi and English and can teach both languages.

Together, we are deeply passionate about spirituality, nature, teaching yoga and meditaion, sharing healing experience and the mysteries of the universe. As we traveler, we continue to learn from cultures, traditions, and the people we meet — and we love sharing those insights through spiritual retreat,wellness workshops, storytelling, photography and teaching.

We live simply, with open hearts and curious minds. We can help with teaching yoga, meditaion, pranayama, massage therapy, healing sessions, capture stories, social media, house and garden tasks, language exchange and cooking. or simply bringing calm and positive energy into your space.

We’re adaptable, kind, respectful, and ready to contribute with love wherever we go.
