Hello there 😁, I am a 24 year old from Ireland 🇮🇪. I am solo travelling through South East Asia for a few months before moving to Australia for a year. I am a very friendly, smiley, open minded and a highly positive and motivated young man, I love to meet new people and gain new experiences. I am also very passionate about helping others.

- 4 years Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology (Level 8).

- Qualified Personal Trainer (Level 5 Diploma).

- 1 year Social Care Worker experience, caring for young children with challenging behaviours.

- 6 months experience Solo Travelling around SE

- 3 years experience working in a retail shop, creating a friendly atmosphere and helping customers.

- 2 and a half weeks volunteering on a Vegan farm in Phayao, Thailand

- I consider myself very outgoing, friendly, and have excellent people and interpersonal skills, I would also say I am a very understanding, curious and empathetic person.

- I have much experience being
a manual labourer on a family farm and working on a golf course.

I am also a very active and fit individual that plays many sports (e.g., football, swimming, running, cycling, gym).

After 4 years getting a bachelors in Psychology in university, I spent a year working as a social care worker, with children with challenging behaviours (aged 8-14 years old). I love to work with children as well as adults and would consider myself very outgoing and friendly.

I am quite an active individual. I try to do meditation and yoga every day. I do my own personal training workouts, and I also love playing sports, and will try pretty much anything.

I also love to read, and help others in any way I can, through volunteering, charity work, or just listening to friends.

I am very passionate about mental health and supporting people to help themselves. I got accepted into a masters of Psychotherapy but deferred in order to travel and gain some valuable life experience first :).

I have thoroughly loved my travelling, the meeting new people, opening myself up to as many new experiences as I can.
