Hi, I'm Max, a 25 year old master student, sports fanatic and nature lover from Germany.

My keen interest in global economics led me to graduate Foreign Trade and International Management last year and a drive to develop an in-depth understanding of foreign cultures. To do this, I think it's crucial to approach countries in a more realistic/practical way and get in touch or work with the locals - instead of just visiting the typical tourist routes.

Being raised in a family business in the hotel and gastronomy sector, I know how to be reliable part of a familiar community that works for a collective goal. In the last years I mainly worked in loud marketing offices and managed hectarwide warehouses. Despite that, I don't hesitate getting my hands dirty. As a teenager I was also engaged in dirty construction sites, muddy gardening facilities, volunteered in governmental institutions and on a equestrian facilities. In addition to my mother tongue German I speak fluent business English and strive to develop my Spanish.

Having a little brother and a sister, I'm practiced how to teach my younger siblings in subjects like mathematics, natural sciences, politics/society, sports and most other common school topics.

As for my work and travel in South America, I am open to any position that is somehow correlated with my prior experiences or includes a rural workplace. I'd like to learn and to teach - knowledge exchange is my main goal on this journey.
