I am known for my enthusiasm and curiousity because I love to travel and to try new things!
I enjoy working hard, whether it is for fun (hiking and cross-country skiing in our beautiful state of Michigan, USA) or working out at the gym, cooking, and gardening/yard work. To relax, I enjoy reading, doing yoga and meditation, as well as animals and being in nature.
I have been involved in a dog-training group for a number of years.
I speak English, and speak passable Italian and Spanish. I have worked as an ESL tutor and a writing tutor to foreign-born students.

I am an avid gardening, planter, weeder and pruner.
I enjoy working with animals and have studied dog-training techniques. (No cat training; that is hopeless!)
I am also a writer and editor (in English) and have tutored ESL students in language and writing.
